Better alternative than OTC allergy meds
I switched to this syrup for my seasonal allergy and it really works! My daughter and I take 5ml each day and it help relieves sinus congestion and sneezing due to the high pollen count this time of year. I definitely recommend this syrup as an alternative to OTC allergy meds.

I shall have to add this to my list of pollen preventers every spring. I’ve bought it, and products by the same company local health food stores, and at arts/makers’ markets locally. But it is hard to find, except on Amazon. I have major nasal allergy issues every spring, and this really helps.

Helping Against Allergies
“Pollen defense and sinus relief” is just what I needed. Those who live in Florida probably are searching for relief as well. I get really tired of taking allergy pills each day, so gave this a try. I already knew that elderberry was good for my immune system.This combination syrup also contains Organic Honey, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Nettle Leaf, and Organic Anise Seed that “boost your immune system and help to fend off seasonal attacks”. That all sounds very good and very natural. We don’t have industrial air pollution where I live but we have plenty of pollen, some dust from construction areas, and mold due to the warm climate.First, be aware that this needs to be refrigerated after opening and is good for 30 days. I tried taking it a spoonful in the morning and it tastes OK with a not-very-sweet berry flavor, no medicinal taste. Then I switched to putting it in my morning coffee which is the way I now prefer it.Is it helping? Yes, when I get up in the morning, I feel a little congested and sniffly with itchy eyes, after having my coffee with this syrup added, those irritating symptoms go away.It seems impossible to pour out a spoonful of this without it dripping and running down the side of the bottle. Just be prepared to wipe that off.It would be better if this had a longer shelf-life as my allergies can come and go depending on the daily pollen count or what’s in season. I might not need to take this every day.
