For about a year, my hair has been brittle and breaking a lot. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. I was concerned enough to go to my endocrinologist but he blew me off and said it was natural. I mean, come on. I think I know my body? New Growth After 6 Weeks!!
I am a 38-year-old female who once had super thick hair, but over the last few years, I’ve noticed it becoming noticeably thinner. A few years back, I was diagnosed with PCOS. For the past 5 years or so I’ve been dealing with a host of hormonal changes that have affected my body. No noticable difference for me, but I will keep trying them regardless
I really get tired of all the hair that falls out when I am in the shower. I know it’s natural to have hair loss, but it feels like I should be bald with all the hair that comes out when I brush it in the shower. I got this to see if this will help lessen that, as I don’t know how I still have hair on my head! I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now, and while I still lose a ton of hair, I don’t know if I haven’t given it enough time to work yet, or if my body just REALLY needed the biotin so it’s rerouting it elsewhere before it allows it to work on my scalp.I don’t mind taking pills, I would recommend having a full mouth of water when you take these because they start to dissolve VERY quickly and you HAVE to get them down before the taste decides to cling to your taste buds like a house guest that doesn’t know when to leave. If you do get to taste it, I’m sorry. It will take some time to clear off your tongue. Brushing your tongue tends to spread it around a bit as well… just be warned.I will see if there are any changes to this as well, and update later.

Supplement makes a complete package
Shampoo and conditioner are stellar at preventing hair loss, but I still was losing some hair here and there until I added their oral supplement. So far, I have lost almost none!
