I didnât want to write a bad review because the product is great but why is the manufacturer sending out the product with the pump handles already up?? Iâve seen other reviews with the same issue. The pump handles should be leaving the factory in their screwed down position and only popping up when the custom opens them! Wasted product in the box that I paid for is frustrating.

My hair loves this. I have natural hair. I don’t blow dry, straighten. Air dry my medium length hair with a light coat of the conditioner. People always comment how soft my hair looks.

Smells nice but too hard to later on thick hair
The directions say that you have to add water to hair get it to lather but it seems to be a particularly hard amount of water to figure out how to get it to lather and spread around without using an obscene amount of shampoo or too much water and it washing out instantly. I’ve been using it liberally as a body wash because it’s too inconvenient to use as shampoo. Smells great and you get a ton of it.
