Excellent product
This is by far the best primer i’ve ever used. I saw this on a youtube video and decided to try it out. It KILLS the performance of the KILT2 primer you get from home depot. You don’t get bleed through on ceilings, walls, tiles, floors, countertops, or anything else. If you need a real primer that does PRECISELY what a primer should be doing then this is the product to purchase. I am the owner of several commercial apartments and we will be switching to using this primer on all of our ongoing projects. It is far more expensive than the primers you get from Lowes or Home Depot but the moment you apply it you’ll find out why.

Fix with STIX
A wonderful product. Easy to work with. Lives up to its promise. Pricy but worth it to get a satisfied finished project.

Gives a uniform texture helping hide imperfections
As well as promoting adhesion, this product works great on sheet rock. Sanded and repaired area’s are hidden by the texture of this promer product.

Love this product!
Benjamin Moore product canât go wrong! If you are painting a large wall. The wall I was painting was 17âx25â and the last time I painted it. When I was rolling paint on that large wall. It always bothered me that the paint never felt like it was covering that good. No matter how many coats I put on it. But after a coat with STIX, I could feel the paint stick to the wall. If you have painted interior walls or exterior you know how that feels when you roll paint on the wall and you just feel it. When itâs doing good. Works great on priming cabinets to paint.

Need to sand before applying
This is a really nice primer but you still need to sand old paint before apply in to prevent peeling. If they recommended sending,I would give it 5 stars.

Easy to apply
Used primer with ease. Easy to apply and good coverage. Pool was a light blue color and this white primer did well covering over the light blue. Able to cover the light blue with one coat of primer. Possibly if the pool was a darker color, may have needed to go over with a second coat. We started early in the morning before sun was in full swing and before the winds picked up. Smell is not strong or overwhelming. Allowed to dry and cure for 24 hours. After 24 hours, primer was completely dry – weather had been in the mid 80s during drying time. After drying 24 hours, painted pool with easy and pain adhered to the primer well.

You can trust it
Ok yâall Iâm sorry I donât have pictures but this is a great product. Itâs a bright white color, and itâs been a year since we decided to paint the tile rather than remodel. The shower walls, outside of the tub, and bathroom floor are all still in great shape. There are two or three areas that are slightly peeling, but they are no larger than two inches each. This could be fixed with a small touch up. My biggest negative is that it dries pretty matte so it is a little obvious itâs painted, but painting was soo much cheaper than retiling and it has lasted a year so Iâm happy.

Great quality paint!
I used it too paint diving board with a little fine sand so it wasnât slippery. You tube it if you intend too use it on diving board. Much cheaper than buying a new one! I loved the results.
