I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now. So far, it has helped me with cravings. I donât crave a lot of sweets or fast food, some foods to avoid if trying to lose weight that often anymore. I hope it continues to work and work stronger as I take it. The only con I would say about this product is the strong vinegar smell and taste on the tongue when taking it. Nothing one canât take but for someone who hates vinegar then it can be a big deal.
