Treat yourself, this is so worth the buy! Easy to use and made well
This is a great buy. I get the worst knots where my neck and shoulders meet from being slumped at a desk all day. I was so impressed by how this worked those knots out. You can even use on your back and lower back by holding it at a lower angle. The sling that holds your arms is where the pressure is applied so you can choose accordingly. The heated setting is a nice feature too. My boyfriend who has a physical job loves this too, I convinced him to try it after a particularly grueling day and he was surprised that it actually made his tight shoulders ease. I think this would make an excellent gift for anyone and a great treat yourself buy that is also very practical. A professional massage is great but I the interest of saving time and money I love this lil self care luxury.

The massager works great. I did not realize that it is not rechargeable like others Iâve had; it must stay plugged in to use it, so that is a drawback. The only other negative is the mesh material starts irritating my neck if I use it for a while, but overall it is a good product and does a great job of loosening my tight muscles!

Material where massage balls are is very thin
Item arrived well packaged and everything in the box. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Plugged the item in and massager turned on and worked well. Placed massager on my shoulders and could hear the massage balls rubbing against the material. Examined the material where the massage balls are and the material is very thin. After a few usages the material is wearing down and begin to thin out. Have had the product less then a few months so am disappointed that this product did not last as i though it would. Reason for the 3 stars is because the make and qualify of the material where the massage balls are. Prior to the material thinning out, the massage portion did work well, the controls are easy to use and it is very convenient. Just disappointed that it is now tearing and will no longer be able to use.

This massager works so well for my lower back and hip pain,shoulders and neck!I forgot the first one I bought at home when I was traveling, so I bought a second one,I liked it so much! However,it stopped working.I contacted the company, which were very responsive and they sent a video how to resolve the issue.Unfortunately it didn’t help so I sent a video on what was happening.The company responded quickly by sending me a new one that works fantastic!Thank you for the excellent customer support!

I love this massager! The first one I ordered had a weird clicking noise so I returned it and reordered. Iâm so glad I gave it a second chance. I usually use it when I have sore quads from working out. Sometimes, I use it on my arms and calves. If my quads are sore the following day I put on some heat rub cream. Then I wait awhile till the rub cream warms up then I set a timer for 10 minutes, I use the massager on one leg then and slowly move the massager up and down my quads. When the timer goes off, I rest my timer for 10 minutes and do the other leg. Is it a miracle cure? No, but it sure feels great when Iâm doing it and it speeds up recovery time. I like that massager lasts for 20 minutes because most only last for 15 minutes.I donât usually use it on my neck or back although it feels good. My brother-in-law tried it and he loved it because he has problems with his neck being sore and stiff. Some people have complained that it does not heat up enough. Use a heating pad if you need a lot of heat. Or as I previously mentioned, I use a heating cream and, once itâs heated up, I use the massager. If this massager heated up a lot, then it could blow out the motor which has been a complaint I have read that happens with units providing more heat. It does provide some warmth around the 5-minute mark but it just gets mildly warm not hot. If you are looking for a massager, I think this is the one for you.Only order from Amazon. When I had the clicking issue, I went to the company that makes this productâs website to ask what should I do. After numerous emails, they never responded. When you purchase this item, this company will offer you 50% off of other products they make. Their other products may be as good as this massager but I would not take the chance given how I was ignored when I had a problem with the first massager I ordered. It was not them that solved my problem it was Amazon. Only order their products on Amazon. Iâm not affiliated with Amazon Iâm just a regular purchaser of products from them but I have found that when a problem arises, they do have youâre back.
