It does what it says it will do.
I bought this just because I was on a buying spree and it was so inexpensive. Ya know, recommended product and at a price point so low that, eh, may as well. Haha. So now that that’s out of the way, does this product work? Yes. It does exactly what it says it will do. This is a great product. It feels like a matte product but doesn’t show up like that. I’ve been a matte girl for a long time and I love the dewy and glowy finish that this provides. I like being able to have this option as I get ready in the morning. The great part is that when you apply this, it doesn’t look like anything special, but once I put a light foundation over it, that’s when it comes to life. It makes my face look immeasurably better than just foundation alone. I only need a little bit of it to cover my face, so it lasts a long time. I notice that my make-up lasts a bit longer than it does without this…but maybe I’m just imagining things.Again, with most Wet n Wild products, watch the pricing on it. I bought this for $1.41 and it’s currently at $4.98. Not that that’s a big difference, but their products bounce around all the time in price…so take note of that and be a little patient. I love to leave a bunch of them saved in my cart and then it tells me when the price has changed and then I’ll move it into my cart and purchase it.Pros:It does what it says it will do. It feels good underneath my foundation.It’s not too greasy or oily feeling on my skin.The price point is really great and is totally worth it.It produces a nice healthy glow under my foundation.A little bit goes a long way.Cons:None really unless you use too much! I love this primer it makes my skin feel like porcelain before I put foundation on and does extend how long it will stay on you don’t need much but be careful it comes out fast if you put too much on you will get a white streak on your face other than that i love it and it is reasonably priced in comparison to other brands! I have re purchased many times

It works!
Gives my face a nice smooth surface before I put foundation and keeps me oil free for much of the day. I was surprised this worked better for me than gel oil control lotion. This is white like a lotion and disappears when you rub in. I’ll continue buying because it works and the price is great! I have pretty oily skin….ive even tried the whole Milk of Magnesium as a primer to control oil (which worked fantastic too, but can give white cast and the ph is t great for your face and can eventually cause acne). This product was very similar as far as controlling oil with no white cast or oh balance worry.

Too shimmery, not dewy
This product looks like a champagne colored highlighter coming out of the tube, and it looks exactly like that on the skin. As you can see from the photo, my finger is covered with shimmer from the product application on my face…the result on my face as a primer is so comically shimmery, I dare not post it! It’s not “grippy” feeling at all, so I don’t think it would help foundation stay put or anything, but I am not going to find out. I’ll keep it and use it on my shoulders and clavicles as a body shimmer, but definitely won’t be wearing it on my face. I want a dewy and hydrated look, not a shimmery glittery one! I have a separate highlighter I use for such areas.
