WEARABLE ACUPRESSURE: Aculief is a compact device that applies pressure to the LI4 acupressure point on your hand, located between your thumb and forefinger. It’s designed to provide natural tension and headache relief throughout the day.
This is an all-natural, drug-free option for people looking for relief from pain caused by recurring headaches, migraines, eye problems, and fever. It can also help boost your immune system. Our Aculief Clip is also FSA and HSA eligible for most health plans
RELEASE STRESS ON THE GO: This is a discreet and mobile way of relieving discomfort while still maintaining an active lifestyle. While other acupressure and acupuncture devices can be bulky, Aculief goes where you go.
For the best results, wear Aculief on your nondominant hand on the LI4 acupressure point, which is located between the thumb and forefinger. It fits like a glove, and we carry multiple sizes and colors. We recommend checking our Sizing guide; the 5th photo on our listing. If the Regular size is too big, try the small size Aculief. If the small size is too big, try the X-small/Kids size. If Aculief is too tight on your hand, attempt to stretch out the device before use.
WORRY-FREE RETURNS: We know every experience related to personal wellness is unique, so we offer a hassle-free return policy. Just contact Aculief within 60 days of your purchase. DO NOT USE Aculief if you are pregnant or have nylon allergies.

Well, Headache Does Go Away
So, I really had high hopes for this as I’ve had migraines for 40+ years. When I tried it out of the package, absolute no go … way too tight and left awful marks on my hand (and I have small hands). Stretched per their instructions, still couldn’t wear more than 60 seconds without extreme pain in my hand. Got an epiphany and boiled some water in a shallow container, put the device in the water around the base of a handle that’s a little smaller than my hand to hold it open. Left it until the water cooled and it stretched out perfectly. Now I can wear it longer and I will say it does take care of the headache … but it still causes pain in my hand if I wear it longer than 5 minutes. Once you take it off, the headache will come back within just a few minutes. Would’ve loved to give it a great rating, but I think I will continue to just use my own fingers for the acupressure points to relieve my headache as I’ve learned to live with them – can’t handle the pain it leaves behind in my hands.

Wouldn’t Stay On
These plastic clips had no gripping component and so did not stay in place even when I was sitting still. I did not get any pain relief from them, either, but migraines are tenacious and I knew this was a possibility. (I just wanted to try them.) They could easily be improved by adding a little rubber coating on pressure point ends.

Only thing it did was make my hand hurt!!
Did nothing to relieve my headaches, the only thing it did was make my hand hurt even when I only had it on for a few seconds

Top
