This massager works wonders. I have not tried it with heat yet. It’s very strong without hurting. It rotates on its own after a few minutes. I’m rally happy with it. I took a way 1 star because I’m 100% sure that I received a massager that was already used and then returned. It’s annoying when you pay so much for an item and are not told that you will receive a used item. I’m very disappointed with the seller for this.

What a great massager!!!
I canât say enough good things about this massager. Iâm using it for my neck , my back, my legs , my arms and my foot. Definitely worth every penny. It has different speeds and heat option too that a plus for my neck and back soreness. There is one car adapter comes with it so you can use it in the go too!! Highly recommended.

A little too strong for me
I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer and have issues with my neck and back. I was excited by the reviews and was hoping that maybe this massager could help loosen up some of the knots and relax my sore neck. Unfortunately, the massage heads were too hard and the massage was too strong for me. I had to return.

Defective Product
Donât buy this product. The first one I received didnât work at all. I chose to get a replacement rather than return the item. The second massager worked, but the heat was a very low temperature. Basically both units were defective and the massager is too intense. Iâm still waiting on my refund.

Very disappointed! I have one bought for Christmas for my Mother, from a different supplier! I wanted to treat myself! When I received the unit it wouldnt work! I tried the plug from my Mother’s messager and it worked! The plug is faulty! I have to go to the trouble of sending it back now and will be out of pocket because of the return postage! Very annoying!

Loved: the massage is the perfect motion and works my muscles extremely well to release pain and aches.Strongly Disliked: the box and machine itself smelled like fried fish. Iâll be airing it outside on a nice windy day and will pray the strong fishy smell goes away. Cross your fingers for me.
