It’s a mouth full…..
So far only used once but will update again after I have used to 2 weeks. Tastes is a great. Very minty and gives you fresh breath. Once you start chewing gum you quickly realize that it is a mouthful. After chew for about a minute, the juices in your mouth is quite a mouthful! I continued to keep swishing it in my mouth all over my teeth. I was nervous about whether it was OK to swallow or if I should spit out. Luckily, I was chewing gum while I was in the shower so I opted to spit out and keep chewing, which produces a ton of saliva. It said you can chew for up to 30 minutes. I got to about 25 minutes then stopped. After a while the gum becomes a little hard and doesn’t produce any saliva anymore. I did read the instructions regarding whether it was safe to swallow but it did not say one why or the other so I googled it. It is safe to swallow. I noticed a slight change in the whiteness of my teeth. Will report back after 2 weeks.

It did whiten my teeth
I have really sensitive teeth, so I am always weary about using teeth whiting products. I figured I would give it a try. You get a few dual packs of the gum. You have to chew both at the same time. The initial taste is a little weird but it gets better. It also foams in your mouth as you chew it. Apparently you can swallow this foam, which is good because it produces a lot at first. After about 5 minutes or so itâs similar to regular gum. I chewed mine for about 20-25 minutes. My teeth after the first use werenât significantly better but after the second one on day two I could see the difference. I like this method though, itâs nice to not have to apply gel to your teeth or put anything on. Overall itâs an easy option. I do think it may take a little longer but it does work!

Easy and convenient to use, seeing slight improvements in my teeth!
I will admit, I was very skeptical when I ordered this product that it would actually work; however, I am seeing some slight improvement in the color of my teeth. It is not drastic improvements yet — so no “WOW” factor — but I have been chewing this gum daily for a little over a week now and seeing some slight improvements.Here are a list of PROS and CONS I’ve experienced with this Jemz Smile Chewable Teeth Whitening Kit:PROS:-It is very easy and convenient to use. Just pop the gum in your mouth and chew just like any other gum. There are no messy trays, strips, etc. It’s just gum!-The mint flavor of the gum is good, and the flavor lasts a pretty long time (however, please take note of the one comment I have about the flavor in the CONS section).-It doesn’t bother my sensitive teeth at all.-It’s packaged nicely so it is easy to take in a purse, bag, coat pocket, etc. if you want to take some with you.-It appears to be working. Again, I am only 1 week in, but I am seeing some slight improvements. That gives me hope that it will continue to get better over time.CONS:-It is very pricy! While I got this for free to test through Amazon Vine, the current price tag seems high for just 16 treatments.-As mentioned above, the mint flavor of the gum tastes good, but please be advised that the taste is very overwhelming when you first put it in your mouth! The mint flavor hits you hard. It only lasts for about 10 seconds and then the mint flavor becomes more enjoyable, but it is VERY strong when you first bite into the gum.-The size of the gum can be a bit overwhelming at first, too. You have to put two rather large pieces of gum in your mouth together for this to work (one is the whitener while the other is the activator). When you start the process, it is a MOUTH FULL of gum. It takes a minute or two to chew through this and combine the two pieces of gum into a single, easier to chew piece of gum. It’s not horrible but just be aware of it.Overall, I am happy with this gum, and I am starting to see some improvements. The price tag is the only big CON for me and I’m not sure if I will continue using this product after my first box just due to the price. However, if the price tag is not a concern for you, I would recommend this product. This gum is very convenient to use and much easier than some of the alternatives out there.

Okay Taste But No Whitening
This Jemz Smile Chewable Teeth Whitening Kit is the first teeth whitening system I’ve heard of that uses chewing gum. The box even says this is the “world’s first and only chewable teeth whitening treatment” but I was able to find other gum with this same goal on Amazon. The method is easy, just pop the two components into your mouth at the same time, chew, swish for 15 seconds, and continue chewing the gum for 15-30 minutes, and voila, it says your teeth will be “up to 5 shades whiter” with the first treatment. After many treatments, I still don’t notice any difference whatsoever. It says I will feel the magic happen but I don’t feel anything special. This gum relies on baking soda, peroxide, and silica to do the whitening and xylitol, maltitol, maltitol syrup, and sucralose to do the sweetening. My concern is, if there are ingredients strong enough to whiten my teeth, do I want to be swallowing them for 30 minutes? That’s a big no for me. The other issue is that when chewing gum, the largest contact area is the chewing surfaces, not the fronts of the teeth where I want the whitening to happen. I suppose some of the product does occasionally touch the fronts but it can’t be enough to do anything. I was open to seeing a big (up to 5 shades whiter) change but for me, this did not work. I get much better results from gel pens and whitening strips.

Did everything as per the instructions but I didn’t notice any change.I kept the solution in my mouth and even swished side to side and still nothing, maybe I needed a month or so to notice a change but who knows.Definitely a good idea it just needs to work.

The absolute worst whitening solution on the market!
I tried the Jemz Smile Chewable Teeth Whitening Kit, and it was a disaster from the start. The taste was utterly repulsive, and it left me with an unbearable stomach ache. Chewing this gum made me feel so nauseous that I couldn’t wait to throw it away.
