Works As Intended
I’ve been taking these probiotics for several years now. I obviously think they are doing what they are intended to do – to balance the gut microbiome to keep you from bloating and feeling overly full. I generally only take one a day unless I’m feeling like I need another capsule. It has corrected a problem that I had for ages.

I have used this product now for a couple years and I can not tell u how much better I am!! These have like a trillion LIVE ingredient and it may take a month or so to notice a difference but itâs well worth the wait!! Highly recommended these pro/prebiotics to anyone having intestinal issues!

Purchased 5 Times For A Reason.
I have gut issues. I have a very sensitive stomach. Every time I eat my stomach cramps. I always loved these but Iâm very lazy taking supplements. I initially purchased these just to keep my gut healthy. Well for the past year I have been getting cramps after I eat so I thought my not purchase these since the ingredients are great. Well NOW, that I need them after only a few days I already feel a difference after eating. I barely have a stomach ache. I think once I start taking them for a complete 30 days I wonât feel anything. These are excellent as a preventative measure and to take care of gut issues. It even has digestive enzymes which are important too.

I researched for the top 5 in this line in this type of support. It was highlighted for having one of the necessary ingredients recommended that the others did not have. I’ve been taking for a month now and it has been a big help for my digestive issues. In fact so that my daughter bought some as well!

CAN be used to culture dairy into creamy yogurt-like product!
I asked Rufus about culturing this in dairy and it says no, but I looked at the 13 bacteria and thought, “why not?!” In fact 3 of them are the “SIBO” combo – L. Reuteri, L. Gasseri, and B. Coagulans! So, I went for it and made 2 quarts of creamy, thick “yogurt” using 2 Tbl of inulin and one capsule.I’ve eaten a quart and am alive to share my review that for now is 5 stars because I know that at least some (and I assume all) of the bacteria is alive in the capsules or they wouldn’t have cultured the milk. And, the list of bacteria is the best! I’ve been working on my gut flora for 2 years and am familiar with a lot of these strains. So pleased to find them all in one formula!I’ll update my review after a few months to comment on any results I experience. I’m hoping to reduce period bloating by bolstering my estrobolom most of all, but as we all know these bacteria can do an amazing amount of miracles so I’m eager to keep making and eating this “yogurt” (subsequent times using this batch as a starter).

Unlike my siblings, Iâm the inactive one of us all. They spent their days running and playing and chasing each other while I sat in one corner and played or read a book or watched TV.
