It’s such a pretty color, has just enough of a wash of color, but not overly pigmented. It has just the slightest bit of a minty tingle. I will definitely be purchasing more colors.

Nice moisturizing lip balm
#140 MOI.Really like the lap balm. Feels nice on the lips and the color is pretty. The color is sheer but if applied atleast 2-3 applications, you can see the color better. I like that although it’s light it’s still noticeable. Good to wear everyday. If you like darker or bolder I would go with the deeper colors.

Milani Keep It Full Glossy Plumping balm 140 Moi. Vegan, cruelty free, and made in Korea. Expiration date 7/2027, a little under 2 year out. This arrived wrapped up in a plastic baggie.Since this is basically a tinted lip balm, I wish it came in a lip balm-type container. I have to spin/click the bottom wheel a LOT just to get a little bit of product up. The packaging and promo pics online are misleading, imo. Consistency-wise it almost âappearsâ to be a cross between a plumping gloss and a lipstick. But in person, this is just a sheer balm. Even the swatch on my arm(multiple passes) is hardly visible. I wish it were much more opaque, but it does look pretty and natural and true-to-color on my lips. I didnât notice any tingling or plumping at all.As for wear, itâs lightweight and a little hydrating. It didnât irritate my sensitive skin. I wish it were more juicy and moisturizing like the pictures, but it is what it is. It did remain a bit sticky, fyi. I think Iâm mostly let-down because Iâve had good experiences with Milani products in the past. This one misses the mark. Seriously, I had a drugstore(Covergirl) tinted limp balm that had better color payoff than this!
