Great customer service. Aesthetically pleasing and long runtime
The first one I got was defective, it would just beep and not turn on. After troubleshooting I reached out to customer service and they responded right away and I had a replacement the next day! I just put the return in the new packaging and sent it back.Now, for the function. It works great, is quiet and is so pretty I will be buying another for my rec room. Iâm not sure why people are saying it doesnât put out enough scent because I have mine filled just below the max line and only used two drops of essential oils. I have an open concept living/dining/kitchen and it filled the whole space with fragrance.

Package and product arrived in perfect condition. Goes well with the aesthetic Iâm going for. Itâs so beautiful! There are different light modes; each set color setting has a dimmer setting. There is also a means to filter through each color. The machine has a large water capacity and runs quietly. It also has 3 timer settings; 2 hour, 4 hour, and 6 hour. Just plug it in, add your water and oils, turn it on, and relax! Perfect for running a relaxing lavender and eucalyptus blend to help with the winter stuffiness.

Very aesthetically pleasing diffuser! I received my first diffuser and within a few days the silver ring around the top cracked then finally came completely off. I emailed the company – they responded quickly and they had a replacement diffuser sent right out. The second one arrived and has been absolutely perfect. I love the light effect, the fact it holds a ton of water so you donât have to constantly refill it, and the ease of actually doing the refilling. I see they are currently on sale, so Iâll definitely be snagging another!!

Bougie Little Diffuser
I was looking for a diffuser for my home office, but I did not want it to look like a typical diffuser. This lil guy achieves the look. You can change the color of the lights and set the run time. It holds about 12 oz of water and if set to run all the time, it can run for 24 hours or until water runs out, then it shuts off automatically. My reason for four stars instead of 5 is the faux marble top broke off from the lid/cover, just came apart one day. I can still balance it to where you can barely notice it. It does make it a little harder removing the cover to add water, but its manageable. It provides just the right amount of bougie for my space.

I have bought MANY essential oil diffusers, and this is the only one that has been able to fragrance my entire room! In fact, you can smell it across a few rooms. It looks so nice on my mantle and looks much more expensive than the cost! The best purchase, works flawlessly; I am so pleased!

Mist works, lid broke in less than 2 weeks
I liked it for 2 weeks, then the lid broke. Clips inside started to break, now the lid wont close all the way. Will return and replace one more time to see if I just got a bad one.Pros:Looks good.Holds a lot of water.Works as described, so far.Cons:Lid is already starting to break.It really doesn’t fill my open space with scent. Have to sit close to diffuser to smell it.Not worth cost if it doesn’t last long.

Customer Service Turned Things Around â Great Support!
Initially, I gave this product 2 stars because, while it had a beautiful design and diffused well, the lids on three out of four of the diffusers I ordered broke within a week. At first, I had trouble getting a response from customer service, which was frustrating.However, after posting my review, customer service reached out and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They offered a refund and even sent all three replacements without hesitation. I appreciate the effort they made to make things right, and it has restored my confidence in their brand.The diffusers are beautiful and functional, and now that the issue has been resolved, I feel comfortable recommending them. Kudos to the company for stepping in and turning things around!

I bought this for my wife because she is very picky and if its going to be on the counter, it better look good. It works well, holds a decent amount of water and matches the aesthetic. It doesn’t take too long before you need to really give it a good clean, there is a residue that can appear on the top of the container. Make sure to clean it often other than that, this is an awesome product.
