As a City letter carrier I walk 8-12hrs a day. It’s a lot of wear and tear on your feet in the urban jungles. We’re required to wear shoes that are not the most comfortable for walking routes so a good insole that is tailored to your height, weight, and foot curvature is necessary. I’ve tested many other big name brands that claim to help relief pain, offer arch support, and all day comfort but it was only temporary pain relief. The quality would last about a month at best and I’d buying another pair. Orthopedic insoles didn’t help and made my pain worse.These insoles offer excellent support throughout my day and great quality outperforming the competition. My pain is minimal now after a long day of walking. As for longevity of these insoles, it’s been 4 months and still offers the support I need. ðð

EXACTLY what I needed!!
Honestly, I do not know the difference between these great insoles and my very expensive orthotics. Medicare does not pay for orthotics. (Big surprise) and I wanted another pair with a high arch (I have a disappearing arch: when I step down it disppears, though it is high.) These are PERFECT and do not make my shoes too tight! I was a little concerned about ordering them because it says men’s/women’s….but they work perfectly for me (woman). They are very Comfortable. Can’t even tell they’re in my shoes when I’m wearing them.

Great insoles so far!
I walk all day and so far tested at home since I havent taken them to a full shift. They seem great just make sure if you use them for boots you get a size bigger (you can always cut if to big) better than being smaller as my Docs run a size bigger. Also take off the original insole cover as it’ll make your foot feet compressed as it did me. When I removed the originalIt felt 100x better! Will update the review after my first shirt

The arch is too high for my feet! They actually hurt my feet just the same before I got them. They just hurt my feet in a different area. I was excited because of the reviews but I guess just not for me! And I have good shoes Hoka!!! Just can’t find anything

After finally biting the bullet and trying them out, I should have bought them way earlier.
