Brain health
Started taking this due to the research around brain health and mental clarity. Take it every day, powder is very fine not gritty and easy to add to liquid. Very light flavor and smell. Not quite sure if it’s actually working for mental clarity, but I would like to think so.

Big bag for half or less of the product but…
It’s not bad…. Not bad at all, after the first try I felt more energized. My mood felt better, not so stressed just felt calm. If the zip was made a little better that would be great. I had to put the whole bag into a ziploc to prevent it from spilling if it should get knocked down by accident. (est)The scoop is very tiny like a 1/4 teaspoon size. No taste at all (unless of course there’s something wrong with my taste buds ð) it doesn’t mix well with cold liquids unless it’s in a water bottle and you can shake the heck out of it. If I knew how to come back to this comment and do an update I would. To add new comments if something wonderful should happen ð. Of course, do some research before you buy this. Choose the brand that’s right for you.

Bitter, clumps in liquid. I’m disappointed.
I wanted to like this because of its purported health benefits. It said to use ” one scoop” but there is no scoop!I used 1 teaspoon. It clumps in room temperature water, didn’t dissolve, left big gooey sticky clumps even with a power frother. I tried a swig of the brown liquid minus clumps and I gagged on the sour bitterness. Did not want to ruin coffee with it. Wasted my $$ unless I can use it in cooking. But then, I don’t want to ruin food with bitterness, either. Haven’t felt any benefits. Disappointed
