Excellent Beard Treatment
I used to get this on base when I lived nearby but, unfortunately after retirement, I moved away & it’s not in local stores. I am glad Amazon has it but it apparently is through a separate vendor, hence the long delivery time. Be that as it may, I love the benefits & the smell, so I will keep getting it.

great product it does cleanse it well, I only use it MAXIMUM! of two times a week and my beard feels and is super clean after use. Even the little bulldog balm makes the beard soft and nourish after wards, honestly it a great product. The only knock is the smell afterwards is not the nicest smell lol so other than that great product!.

Couldn’t see a benefit over regular hair shampoo
I don’t know, maybe it’s me, but not only did I not care for the smell of the shampoo, I really couldn’t see, feel, or notice any benefit or difference (except for the smell) of this shampoo over regular hair shampoo. Again, maybe it’s just me, so see what others say about it and don’t just take my word for it. Adios

I got this on sale at Whole Foods thinking it would simplify my beard care from having to wash and condition separately.It worked well for cleaning the beard and did seem to make my beard soft when I left the shower, but after using it for about a week I noticed that my beard seemed drier and scratchier than usual. I do have a somewhat long beard (5-6″) and maybe that has some affect on how much stripping seemed to be done by this product. Probably the worst of all the beard products Iâve tried and I have tried quite a few. Beard hair is course to begin with. This stuff makes my beard feel like a knotted up Brillo pad. Does not condition at all.

Long time user. Firstly big respect to Bull Dog for not attempting to rip off beard owners like many other beard brands do. It’s such a gimmick that many fall for. This stuff is great, lasts a long time, and is cheap enough to stock up on.

in order to benefit from it fully, shower your beard and shampoo it with it, then brush it straight for like 1-3 minutes, the beard will be straight for a long days in this case because of the conditioner in it, dont leave it without brushing or it will be “stuck” in the same messy position you had it after drying it without brushing.
