Easy to assemble, decent quality, and looks good in my home gym! Definitely a great value. Price is good and seems like it will last me a long time. Cushioned well enough and wide enough to do all my bench exercises on.

Sturdy and Affordable
This is a great product for the money and for what I will be using it for; mainly sitting for dumbell curls and skull crushers. I won’t be using it for bench pressing as I have a home gym.Assembly took about 20 minutes, and that was taking my time to really tighten everything. Get a “fat” Phillips screwdriver and an Allen wrench drill bit.I am 5’9″ and 190 lbs. This is the perfect sitting height for me for curls and forearm curls over my knee. I don’t know why others said this wasn’t sturdy, maybe their bottom assembly was different than mine, and/or they didn’t tighten the bolts properly? It feels quite rigid to me.Either way, I am very satisfied with this affordable and sturdy little bench.

Great Bench, Bad Smell
The bench is simple and sturdy and I recommend it. However, it has a strong chemical smell that has lasted for two days and counting. I suspect it will wear off soon. At this price, I can put up with a bad smell for a few days.

A great addition to my modest little home gym.Very well built and solid. I read the reviews about this bench being wobbly, but I find it to be rock solid with absolutely zero wobbly even on carpet… I weigh 198 pounds could dance on this bench if I had any rhythm.Assembly took all of 10 minutes, all the parts were in the box and there wasn’t a scratch on it.It looks amazing, it’s rock solid, easy to assemble, and provided a great base for multiple workout routines.I am not a brand snob, I buy what works and what I can afford. CAP fitness products are great budget friendly products I can really put to work without hurting my wallet.

Not great if you’re over 6 foot
Super easy to put together, pretty sturdy, doesn’t seem like it will last very long, but for 40 dollars it’s more than worth it and replaceable. If you’re over 6 foot you should look for something longer, I have to sit on the edge to not have my head hanging off the top. Definitely worth 40 dollars but if you have more to spend go for something better.

Despues de investigar todos los bancos estaba x decidir un multiposiciones pero leà reseñas donde mencionaban que esta incomodo para gente alta y otros mencionaban que al 3 er uso se fisuraba, por eso decidà comprar este banco pues aunque no es multiposicion se ve de mejor estructura y grosor, el precio me parece justo.A mà el banco me encantó, tiene un material bueno, se ve de calidad, el embalaje es muy practico pues viene en 3 piezas por armar muy fácilmente y trae consigo ya una llave junto con sus tornillos.Mà hermano en 15 mins ya lo habÃa armado, él me menciona qué quizá sin exceder peso es lo ideal pues es de una pieza como eje central que da el soporte.Ahora bien, yo soy novata y no llego a cargar ni 50 kgs, para alguien que carga poco o moderado peso creo es ideal, a mà me es perfecto y me gusta.Recomendación total.

The first bench the seller sent did have a misthreaded hole in the bench body, but they sent a replacement and now I have a perfect home bench to do my hip thrusts on. It shipped quickly from Germany warehouse to my home in Holland.
