Easy to use !
This can also go on your elbow & shoulders . Easy to use and works very well . The buffet vibration levels help with how intense you want your settings. The heat level is great and you can feel it through clothing . It comes with another adjustable strap so it can fit properly to wherever you want it !

Disappointed that it only vibrates below the knee not above.
I ordered this Heated Knee Massager by IKeepFit because I thought it massaged the whole knee. Unfortunately, the only part that vibrates (massages) is the part that sits below the kneecap. The upper portion with the control box doesn’t vibrate at all, as far as I can tell. There is referred vibration through the kneecap, but that’s not the same as having the vibration right on top of the quadriceps and quadriceps tendon. I can turn it the other way using one of the extra included straps, but the instructions specifically say not to use it in that direction because then you can’t see the controls.It also “strictly prohibits” using it on bare skin to “protect the skin”, even though the images in the description show it being worn on bare skin. But even on the highest heat setting, it was only as warm as the lowest setting on my regular flat heating pad. Through thin sweatpants, I could barely tell it was heating.It’s worth noting that there is a pocket on the underside (skin side) that isn’t mentioned or shown anywhere in the description. According to the enclosed flyer, that’s to hold a “Plant Essence Bag” that they’ll send you if you email them to register the massager.

Helps with my knee discomfort
I like playing badminton and my knees are always killing me. So I tried this knee massager to relieve my knee discomfort. It has massage and heating functions. In winter I like to use both functions at the same time. The heating is faster than I expected and my knees feel warm in no time every time I use it. It has various vibration modes I can choose based on my preference. I generally like to use the gentle mode, sometimes it’s so comfortable I fall asleep. Also, I like that it’s cordless and I can wear it without restrictions. The Velcro reinforces the fit and I can walk around any corner of the house without worrying about it slipping off. The only weakness is that the buttons are sometimes not very sensitive. I used it every day in past few weeks, and I feel my knees discomfort are much improved now, it is really helpful to me and I will keep using it.

Independent heat and massage settings
This knee massager is very comfortable and easy to use. It comes charged so all you need to do is put it on your knee and press a button. There are actually two separate buttons, one is for heat and the other for massage, which is a sort of intermittent vibration. The vibration speed can be increased or eliminated, and similarly the heat can be raised, lowered, or eliminated. So if you are just wanting the massage, no need to endure heat you don’t want. And similar if you just want the heat, no need to have massage. So you can do them together or not, you’re choice. It’s easy to charge too with a standard USB connection. And the size is flexible too as it comes with extension straps for larger reach.
