Works
This works great. Used it on 2 of our dogs who would not stop scratching and were loosing hair. Within a few days they stopped itching and the issue was resolved. I will say it does stink. Makes your home smell like rotten eggs for a bit. But the smell does go away. Will buy again if ever need to.

Does NOT Smell Like Lavender
This product worked well for our cat with a bacterial infection, but the added lavender scent did nothing to mask or help with the sulfur smell. Fortunately it almost all rinsed away, although I still caught wiffs of sulfur over the next day. It did not dry out her skin too much and her coat was really soft afterwards.

Brought in stray kitten / kitten gave my dogs and kids Ring worm. I got this product and the cream. Only slightly bath dogs in quarter of solution. Wife got Q-tipp, dipped into solution and wiped onto ring worm locations.Worked amazing.

Kittens have fungal and other stuff drying out their skin during treatment. This shampoo does smell awful but fur is WAY softer than with other products

Does NOT Smell Like Lavender!!
I bought this shampoo to help my kitten who has ringworm. Just bathed him for the 1st time with this shampoo today and I can say the smell of Sulphur and rotten eggs is overwhelming! Once his fur dried the smell isn’t as overpowering. His fur is super soft now and he isn’t scratching as much. I still can’t smell thr lavender that is spoken of.

All the other reviews have banged on about the smell – it is lime sulphur – of course it smells.HOWEVER; IT WORKS, actually left my dogs coat beautifully clean and shiny, and super soft to the touch.I would advise to wear gloves, and try not to get your nose right over the smell area – you will smell it for hours – trust me it happened to me.My Spanish rescue dalmatian arrived with quite an ingrained ring worm fungus and terribly itchy skin, noticed a difference after the first wash, his itchy really calmed down. – Three weeks in; bathing every 2 or 3 days, the patches are no longer angry looking, fur looks to be regrowing, he is a far happier boy.Worth every stinky second for him to be feeling better. 🙂
