GOAT
vegan ceramide cream: very soothing and moisturizing.calms irritation, blurs pores, provides a protective barrier. resolves my redness and flakiness. one of the best skin care products on the market.tip: this cream sometimes does pill up on the skin if you try to over-rub it in or if you apply it to skin that is too dry (more so if the jar is also older). applying to slightly damp skin, and/or after a toner or serum helps a ton. applying a tiny bit of face oil after also fixes the issue.highly recommend this product, especially for those with sensitivities or dryness.

I love this!
My wifeâs review:I just got this a few days ago, havenât used too much yet obviously so I donât want to get too excited yet. But the first time I used it, something felt better compared to the face/body lotion I was using.Iâm 46, early stages of perimenopause, my skin has been showing a lot of signs of ageing – lines around my eyes, but especially deepening lines around my mouth, skin just looking dull no matter what makeup I wear and it was making a bit self conscious. I absolutely love the texture of this, it feels like it adheres to my skin locking in moisture, but doesnât feel sticky. Somehow it felt like it was actually going to work. Itâs only been a few days, I donât suddenly look 10 years younger or anything. But I swear, there is already a little tiny bit of difference in some of those lines. My skin has become a lot more sensitive lately, this leaves my skin feeling so nicely hydrated and smoother. Iâm very very happy with this. Being that itâs vegan only makes this 1000 times better.

Good stuff
I really like this product! No smell, feels good on my face. Not oily. It has been a product I didnât know I needed.

solid results/ decent price
for me, this mask gives similar results as slugging, but with a less greasy/slimey feel. i also can skip the serum underneath. i donât wake up looking 20 years younger, but my skin definitely feels well moisturized. itâs made in the us, peta approved, and comes in a glass container. main drawback is that it smells like nanaâs white lilac soap.

I’m not going to say this is the fountain of youth, but… 😉
Pushing 40, I already realized that I needed a more intensive skin-care regime. Many years ago I began dabbling in different concealers and eye creams to avoid crows feet around my eye area. I have very sensitive skin and have been cautious with sun exposure, however–at this age, environmental stressors, stress, and water consumption have started to show the age of my skin. A year ago, I was accused of “catfishing” someone on a website. Although he was referring to the color of my hair (it changes frequently), I still took this majorly to heart and realized I needed to get serious about my skincare regime (some of my posted pictures were only 8 months prior to being called this dreaded term). After reaching out and receiving validation from friends and exes that I was not, in fact, a catfish–in dejection, I purchased many of the most potent over-the-counter retinol products that can be purchased without a prescription. While these products definitely shaved off 5-10 years on wrinkles and aging/dark spots, I broke out in adolescent-type acne, all over my face. I tried to muscle my way through this phase, but the persistent acne spots interspersed with red, blotchy, dry spots were too much. I backed off on the retinol (and only used it every 3-4 day), but was in search of a product to help moisturize and balance the damage. Before I quit using the super-strength retinol products, I had stumbled onto the the “Dreamy Youth Day and Night Face Cream” from Pacifica, and it worked wonders to counteract the damage from the breakouts, dry spots, and general “purging” of my skin. I would wake up with dewy skin, and it actually seemed to counteract the persistent breakouts. That was what led me to this product (since I was so impressed with the Dreamy Youth line). This product has retinol in it, but a gentler form than the one I was using (on the label it is advertised as “Granactive (copywritten) retinoid). The reviews were positive, so I gave it a chance. It also has melatonin (topical application), chaga mushroom, quinoa, flower extracts, and sunflower oil. After using the night cream, I stopped using my other retinol products altogether. I woke up daily to dewy, refreshed skin. My skin seemed to glow; the breakouts were gone. I used up the rest of my night cream and didn’t think of repurchasing until a few months down the line, when I noticed my skin begin to look my age (again). I purchased the Pacifica Wake Up Beautiful Retinoid Serum to layer with the other night cream I was using at the time, and… no joke, I was carded at the store the next day for a 18+ purchase!! I immediately repurchased this cream to layer under the serum, because…. why not?!Of all the retinol products I’ve tried, this does not cause breakouts and actually seems to improve the condition of my skin (and without going through the dreaded “purge” phase of other retinol products).I will never be without this cream again–it will be a permanent staple in my collection.

I donât think my skin likes it
Dry skin. Rosacea in cheeks.I like the feel of the thin, gel like consistency, though itâs hard to use out of jar without it dripping off finger. It irritated and broke out my skin :/I was hoping to love it. Iâll try to again after this irritation clears just to double test itâ¦

Extreme hydration that doesn’t clog pores
Great, thick moisturizer for sensitive skin. I love that the ingredients are non-toxic and non-comedogenic, it doesnât break out my skin. I use it day and night ( i have very dry skin). Itâs a great value since it competes with luxury skincare in quality in my opinion.

Smells good, texture is smooth and absorbs fast! I use it under my evening moisturizer.

I like how light this cream is and still moisturizes. It feels heavy at first when you scoop with your fingers but gets absorbed fast. I feel like I might not be using enough of it though as it doesnât seem to spread easily.

Pleasantly surprised by this budget moisturiser that has a lovely fragrance and provides a lovely, moisturised and glowing finish. Recommend as a barrier cream, particularly during the cold winter months and works well underneath sunscreen.

Saw many good reviews and this product was highly recommended by some influencers that I trust. I used it for nighttime moisturizer and found it not as moisturizing as I expected. The texture is good and no scent. Overall, I found it average.
