Itâs got a scent but donât rescent it 😉
As many reviewers have mentioned it does have a strong smell that isnât especially pleasant. HAVING SAID THAT:1) I like that itâs made in the USA. Now with less lead than certain other countries2) the smell washes out with the wash and doesnât linger3) most importantly my wife says it keeps my beard softer than any other beard shampoo I have ever tried4) if you have a real beard your using a beard balm or oil after your shower with your preferred scent anyway so who cares what it smells like while you lather up?Given all the above I highly recommend. Will be sticking with this one for the foreseeable future

Top Notch Beard Wash
I decided to order this after watching several YouTube videos from Matty Conrad, the owner of Victory Barber and Brand. He really seemed to know what he was talking about as far as beard products and beard care go, and I really like this wash. I have a long full beard and use this wash 4-5 times per week. My beard feels healthy and soft after use. I’ve used many premium washes from other brands, but would definitely recommend this one! Very unique scent without being too strong as well.

Okay, so i’ve been watching a lot of Youtube about how to take care of my beard and this came up. The barbers that were really good had suggested this product so I decided to buy it. At first I only used it in my beard and it really did soften it up. But then today I realized that it was also for hair and used it as shampoo. And Holy Crap it was the most amazing feeling. I was like is this what real shampoo is supposed to feel like. I’m never buying any other shampoo ever again.Buy it you’ll love it.

Expensive but worth it.
This is a great shampoo. Itâs pricey for the small bottle, but you donât need much. It removes all junk in my hair and beard without stripping all natural oils. Iâve been using it for over 2 years now.

I became a fan of Maddie, Conradâs videos and products prior to him, deciding to become a Canadian cowboy. This became one of my favorite beard washes, not for the scent or for the look, but for the effectiveness of the product. It does a great job of cleaning my beard while not stripping a bunch of essential oils. The problem I run into with this is that it often seems to be out of stock, so setting up a subscription proves to be pointless because every time itâs time to ship my subscription, they are out of stock and ultimately I end up having to pay full price to receive the item that I originally wanted. For that reason, Iâm going to give this three stars, not because itâs a bad product but because getting the product on a regular basis is much more hassle than itâs worth.

I have thin and thinning hair. I have been using the Victory Primer for some time and am very impressed with the body it adds to my hair. I started using the Wash, as well. The colour is charcoal and it is low sudsing. The smell of the product is not the usual flowery sweet smell of shampoos. More manly and natural. Does a great job. I don’t have a beard but I highly recommend both Primer and Wash for hair.

I’ve used it only twice since receiving but am already seeing improvements in my beard’s softness. The scent isn’t much to me as it is right under my nose and I quickly stop smelling ti. My Wife, however, says she likes the scent when I kiss her but it isn’t filling the room with an overwhelming scent which is good.This is definitely a new part of my beard regimen. moving forward.Highly recommend.

I rather like this it smells good, Iâm a sandalwood or vanilla type guy myself but this has a familiar citrus scent to it that just makes me wish I had it in an oil too.
