From what Iâve been told itâs good for cellular repair. Strong taste but I like it!
It can have a strong taste, but Iâm really used to it and I really like it now. Iâve been using it for maybe a couple of months. It can kind of get expensive because I use a lot of it. Dr. Brooke with goodbye lupus recommends for cellular healing to have cold pressed flax oil daily. I canât remember if she specifically recommends this brand, but the people in her smoothie shred group do.
