The most amazing thing since they invented the wheel
WOW , I love love this machine !!! Yes it functions !!! It has a lot of features, heat , different sounds , massage quality, and you can Bluetooth to this machine as well , WOW the Quality of this machine is very well done , I work 10 hour days when coming home after a hard day of work this relaxing massaging heat puts me to sleep within minutes because it is AMAZING !!! Great Gift and Very Relaxing
I bought 2 of these as gifts for my sister who frequently gets migraines and my husband who frequently gets headaches. From the first few minutes of trying, they immediately were satisfied and loved the massage and comfort. I’ve used it several times, the pressure is perfect and I like how there are 3 levels to choose from, the fit is very comfortable and the quality of the material is very good, the sounds are relaxing, and I really like how you can set a timer. Overall, I’m super satisfied with the product and I really enjoy using it to relax and escape at the end of a busy day. Plus my sister and husband are really enjoying it too.

Didn’t last 2 months
It lasted less than 2 months and I used it maybe twice a week. Not only does the battery only last maybe 2 30-minute cycles, the “pressure” feature stopped working after 14 or 15 cycles.Before the pressure failed, it wasn’t a horrible device and it did great at easing a migraine, but the pressure either hit low enough to include the side of my nose (not good for breathing), or it didn’t really touch my eyes. That was a bit odd compared to other units I’ve used, but the pressure on the back of my head and forehead was great for migraine relief. Sadly, it didn’t last long enough to justify the cost.

Disappointed
I was excited to see this product from RENPHO and had to order it. When I tried it I was very disappointed. For me, I have a narrow face, so the fit was not very good due to the hard plastic part being so rigid it prevents a good fit, even with the heavy padding. The sides touched my temples, not my face, even after adjusting the straps. Once I turned it on, it was underwhelming. The music, heating and cooling were great, but the massage feature left something to be desired. Though it offers different massage settings for the pressure and modes, quite honestly, I could not tell the difference between them. I was also disappointed that this product only massages the temples, not your face. RENPHO typically makes a good product, but not so much on this one. I am returning mine and will keep searching.

The massager works wonderfully! It has 2 heat settings and a no heat option (by pushing the button on the right), 3 time settings (by pushing the button in the middle) and 3 sound/volume settings, including silent (by pushing the button on the left) the directions to know this however are not in the package. I found out by asking my daughter who has one.

Je souffre de migraine et je cherchais un appareil qui ne vibrait pas. J’ai trouvé ce masque massant malgré le prix un peu élevé (110$cad env) j’ai décidé de l’essayer. Un de mes meilleurs achat sur Amazon. Il fait une pression en gonflant. 3 sortes de massages, 3 forces de pression, de la musique intégrée et aussi de la chaleur au niveau des yeux. C’est magique! La pression s’effectue au niveau des tempes, front et arrière de la tête, la musique est relaxante (son de la nature ) vous pouvez aussi mettre votre musique car le casque a une fonction Bluetooth. Elle apaise mes migraines mais je dois avouer que je m’en sers tous les jours comment s’est relaxant. Surtout les nuits où j’ai de la difficulté à dormir… C’est relaxant ! Il y a aussi un “timer” de 15, 20 ou 30 minutes. Je ne peux plus m’en passer et je l’ai fait essayer a ma famille et la plupart vont en acheter un.

It’s a great massager however it totally misses your eyes & focuses on the forehead & temples. It’s rather disappointing it misses your eyes as I thought that was the point.I can open my eyes under the mask while it’s on… It looses 2 stars for that reason.

I have purchased the Renpho Eyeris and love it. We use every day. I liked the idea of this as it had additional heat settings and massage in the back of the head. The massage area in the front on the eyes is greatly reduced, the massage on the back of the head is almost nonexistent and the heat felt like less that the one that I had purchased. So sad. Great idea but did not deliver. Dontâ buy
