Excellent pain relieve patch
I bought this to see if it would help for my knee pain due to arthritis. The patch is cut so it would wrap around the knee and leave the knee cap open. I put on the patch after I showered in the evening. I did not fell anything at first. However, after about 30 minutes, I can feel a warm sensation on my joints that immediately easing the pain. I wore it to bed and the patch stayed on throughout the night. I can still feel it working in the morning. I wore it to work and move around all dat with no pain. I was surprised to see the patch stayed on with all the walking I was doing that day. I removed the patch when I go home from work before I shower. Replace the patch for another day. It works quite well after 2 patches. I now only use it when I feel the pain. I highly recommended this patch for anyone with knee paint problem.

Great patch, I wish they made to fit low back
I really like the adhesion, ease of use, and the amount of heat. Hint, you can tear the paper to make the process of removal easier. The amount of heat is less than capsaicin patch, but more than other patches, and really the right zone of pain relief and comfort.Here’s the thing, these patches are made (as they state) for knees. I would really like it if they took this same patch and re-sized it for low back pain, because these patches don’t really fit for low back pain. I have cut them to size, which helps. But it would be much better if they could make a standard square 4″ x 6″ patch for low back pain or general use besides the knee.

I walk 20 minutes from the bus stop to work and 20 minutes back,I had a problem with pain in my left knee.Japanese salonpas did not work,I found this product.I tried it as soon as it arrived.There is only one disadvantage.The sticker is hard to remove.Other than that, no problem.Thanks to this, the pain is gone.

Best pain relief ever!
I have had knee pain ever since a fall about five years ago when I twisted it. Itâs hard to get knee braces that fit properly and are comfortable and I have probably bought over half a dozen over the years. Iâve lost weight and it helped some but the pain still comes and makes it difficult to walk some days. I got these hoping they would be used in addition to a small knee brace that sort of worked.As soon as I put one on, I felt a little tingle of coolness and within 10 minutes I was walking around! No knee brace needed ! I still have mild pain some days but these are amazing. They last about 4-5 hours for me and I since there is not knee pain every day, I donât need it every day. It truly is a godsend and Iâve shared with a few friends so Iâve already ordered another box.My neighbor has been putting it on the bottom of her foot for her planterâs fasciitis at night and wakes up refreshed.They keep in place well and leave no residue.

AMAZING!!
I have been experiencing knee pain for the past few months. I was on a medication was taking that impacted my joints. After a visit to the orthopaedist, he offered a brace and medication. I did not want any more meds that have more adverse impacts on my body. I have tried several products, including bee venom, CBD, and other pain patches. These work the best. This patch is contoured to fit knees, so the application was easy. The adhesive material works well, and I kept it on all night the first time I wore it and had no pain the next day. I wore it for several nights, and my pain was gone. I will continue to use the patches a couple of times a week to keep the pain at bay. To be able to go up and down stairs, or just walking, pain-free is wonderful. I will be reordering these, as I want to stay out of surgery!

It does give a bit of relief but then I have really bad knees and am on a waiting list for replacement. Its a little bit difficult to take the backing off but once you managed to get a bit its easy to come off. It also adheres well and even though it says to take it off after 12 hours I keep it on for more than a day and it comes off easy. I do find that once I take it off I am ready to put another one as the pain comes back right away. Overall a good product but it does not take away my pain completely.

I’d give this Zero Stars if I could. The patches are way way WAY too strong! Other users report as much, having to stop using them after some time. I had to take the first I tried off immediately because it began to burn as soon as solidly attached. Also, the stickiness is so immediate that I found them difficult to handle in a way that enabled getting them on smoothly with no wrinkles. Don’t take a chance with these. Other brands I’ve tried don’t have either problem and work just fine!
