I was taking Alpha Brain for my brain fog because I have such a horrible memory and was for about about a year and they did absolutely nothing for me. I have tajen these for a month now and this is the only vitamin I take that I can say I have actually noticed a difference in my work day!! Finally I’m getting some mental clarity, no fog. I feel like my work is easier now when I take these. I also noticed my ability to recall certain words (during conversations), details (about work, or an event that happened).
