Worked well. Help take down gout swelling nicely. But the cold in the packs do wear off fast and they can be tough to switch out. Good fit, and durable.

Everything was perfect, I would suggest leaving inserts for four hours not two. Other than that worked like a charm. Has a spandex feel, very light weight, I have a big foot definitely went with a large. Design is pretty good, just wish there was a pocket for insert by ankle, very durable. I wear a 11 in womenâs so I bought a large. It fit perfect.

Great Product! Easy to use! Works exactly as I needed!! I am battling with plantars fasciitis & a torn & atrophied fat pad in my heel. These socks allow me to keep the needed cold pack in the right place, without the headache of towels, ace bandages, etc. And, with the multiple pockets on the socks, they are sure to benefit someone with a sore Achille’s heal, or an injured top of the foot, as well. Since, I don’t need all 3 cold packs on my feet, currently, the extra ice packs come in handy, for other parts of my lower legs, after my Physical Therapy sessions. I will definitely recommend these to others in the future.

Comfortable Cooling Socks
These socks are comfortable and work quite well. Some reviewers stated they wish they stayed cool longer. They stay cold for 1/2 hour, and really shouldnât be used any longer than that, so Iâm very pleased.I keep the cold packs in the socks, rather than removing them after each use. I put the socks in a ziplock bag, then toss them in the freezer.The back of the heel pack is the only one that was partially popping out. I attached Velcro dots, and the pocket stays closed nicely.

The concept is great for those with hot feet. Very soft and comfy material used. Just wish the ice packs stayed colder longer. They are very thin.

I like these. They help my bunions feel better and even my heel/ankle pains. The socks are sorr of like neoprene and there’s 3 cold paks around the sock. They come in a handy sealable plastic bag to keep them in the freezer. I normally wear a size 9 in women’s shoes- I ordered the size 12 to 15 women’s xl and they are snug so these run small.

Helps relieve hot feet preventing sound sleep
I bought these because the soles of my feet would burn at night waking me and preventing me from being comfortable enough to go back to sleep. (The burning sensation was from standing too long over a period of time and the wrong shoe inserts). I keep the socks in the freezer and when I would wake I would take them from the freezer and put the socks on. Within 5 minutes I would fall back to sleep. You cannot walk while wearing the socks with the gel inserts on the bottom so if one had to get up to use the bathroom, you have to take the socks off. After a while when I needed them, I would simply slip my toes into the top section of the sock rather than putting them completely on my feet. This provided enough relief for me to go back to sleep and not fuss with them if I needed to get up. I only needed them for about a month but they are kept handy in the freezer ‘just in case’

So easy to use. Supportive of foot. Had extra ice packs. I donât like it as a heat pack as it was hard to get temp right. I put in recommended time but it burst. But as ice therapy brilliant. It really helped my daughters nerve pain as she has cancer.
