For us, a better, easier whitening than strips or brush on products
To be effective, you do need to be consistent when starting this whitening process. You need to allow about 30 minutes per day over a 7 day period. My wife did this each night before bed and she is happy with the results and feels it was time well spent.The kit includes all you need to complete the process twice. The manual suggests that you whiten your teeth 2x’s per year. I think its implied at 6 month intervals.The mouth tray light is well made, soft but flexible. The mouth tray was a little large for my wife but the flexibility helped with putting it in. There were no sharp edges or points to cause discomfort.The charging stand is easy to use and powers up the light through a magnetic connection – so there are no plug-in connection sockets on the mouth tray itself. So, it’s easy to keep clean and in working order.Note: the red charging light on the mouth tray is small and a little difficult to find. When inserted into the charger and looking from the front of the device, just above and to the left of the power button, you will see a small red glow – that’s it (look down from the top). The single charge was enough for the whole seven day treatment.The included manual covers the use of the mouth tray, whitening gel and conditioner clearly and in good detail. The back page includes some cautions on the use of the product. These are important to read.The 7 day process involves applying two separate liquid solutions: a whitener and a conditioner each day for 10 minutes each. So, you need 20 to 30 minutes total time for the full two step treatment. Only the whitener uses the mouth tray light.My wife did not have any discomfort or sensitivity when using either of the solutions.This product met the webpage descriptions and lived up to our expectations. It is not inexpensive, but in my wife’s opinion, it was relatively easy to use and did not cause any discomfort or sensitivity; and, most importantly, whitened her teeth better than the simple strips, which fall off easily and brush on solutions she has used in the past. So, we are happy with what we received and will be using this again. I gave it 4 stars because I’m guessing there will be a new and improved version – always room right!

Easy to use
I found that using this whitening kit was very easy and simple to follow the instructions. It took at least 7 days before I was able to see a true difference in my teeth. I do have crowns and it was not much of a change in color to them as much as I could tell with my natural teeth. The light holds a good charge and I only had to charge it twice during the whole treatment process. I like that it has a timer to let meknow when I am done. The gel does not taste bad or leave any bitterness in my mouth. Overall, I think this works well if you stay consistent with the treatments.

It works if you’re consistent
I’ve been using this product for about 2 weeks now, and I do see a small difference. I’ve used it everyday, consistently and I will continue to do so.I am NOT pleased with the placement of the power button!!! I’m always turning it off with my lip. POOR PLACEMENT. It’s such an annoyance!

No more sensitivity!
Iâve tried several different whitening products over the years, and after a few uses they always make my teeth sensitive. This kid promotes being gentle for sensitive teeth, and so far that is holding true! And unlike many other whitening products, this one does not have that chemical taste to it that makes you want to rinse your mouth out with a soda halfway through the treatment.The kit comes with the whitening gel, the LED mouth piece, a case that stores and charges the mouth piece, the charging cable, and the surprise winner of the total package – a tube of enamel care gel for an after whitening treatment.While itâs not too drastic (yet) I do see a difference in whitening already, and Iâm not finished with the 7 day regimen yet. This kit makes it so easy to do a treatment every day, and the mouth piece beeps when your 10 minutes is up so thereâs really no easier way to whiten while doing other things around the house. Gone are the days of whitening strips that fall off after half the time, or having to wear an LED mouthpiece that is wired so youâre limited to what you can do. And best of all – no sensitivity after the treatment!

Reviews are right, the power button is insanely stupid
The entire device is flawed by a touch power button that is impossible to not press in the 10 minute session. The entire LES device is worthless. Whoever designed it should be fired.No design team was consulted. An easy placement of the button at the base or side solves whole issue.

Zero pain and zero sensitivity
I’ve been using this for about a week now and I have zero sensitivity. Are my teeth a ton whiter than they were when I started – not really and it does work but it works a little slower than Crest white strips but with none of the sensitivity. I’ve tried every whitening treatment under the sun and so far this is the only one I can use consistently and still drink cold drinks, still smile and laugh when it’s cold outside without pain, and still eat crunchy food without feeling like my teeth are throbbing after.It does take a tad bit longer to see the same WOW amazing results but to me it’s worth it if that means my teeth aren’t in crazy pain, to me it’s a fair trade off.
