Works on a suger spike.
I will take 4 capsules during a meal that has more carbs then I should eat. Which is a few times a month, I do keto, but I do like my veggies like zucchini it will spike me. My mother at times will eat cereal with half of a banana it will spike her sugar. I started taking this as an appetite suppressant. Three pills a day. I will say that it works and I felt pretty good during lunch times that I could either skip or eat light and be fine. It smells like strong cinnamon and I will finish this bottle. I recommend it. I think the pills were easy to swallow with water too.
