What an amazing product â£ï¸â£ï¸â£ï¸
I received this lip care treatment this morning. I have applied it 2 times and yes it has plumped my lips right off the bat!! It has made my lips super soft, and it doesn’t dry out my lips!! My lips were normal and then I had to get dentures, I lost my top lip and my smile wasn’t the same!! I have had my top lip plumped professionally, it hurt so bad!! I have tried every lip plumping gloss, none have worked like this one!! Thank you!! â¤ï¸

No plumping effect but very moisturizing nonetheless.
I kind of predicted that despite the lip plumping claims, this probably wouldn’t be very effective. To be honest I’ve tried a few lip plumping products and most do nothing. If they do, it’s short lived.So if you are contemplating ordering this product for juicy, plump lips, I suggest saving yourself the $ and disappointment. As for moisturizing, this has really helped. Being Winter I get dry, chapped lips and redness around the mouth. I usually have chapstick on hand but truthfully it doesn’t help as much as I’d like it to.Interestingly, this stuff has maintained the much needed moisture and I have not suffered the usual burning, flaking lips I regularly experience. I’m not sure what is in this that does the job but something involved in the ingredients works. I did inspect the ingredients and I do like how there is nothing seemingly untoward listed. Like no harsh chemicals or potentially harmful ingredients. But I’m not a scientist so I’m sure someone will find something iffy or questionable that is on the no-no list.It is flavorless and more lip glossy than a balm.The container and how it disperses the product is odd but I don’t hate it. You turn the bottom of the container to compress the liquid so it comes out. You do have to apply with your finger or maybe a q-tip if desired for those not wanting glossy, slimy fingers.This is US made which I appreciate and I also like the 4 smaller containers compared to a larger one. They are portable and maintain freshness until opened.I do feel the need to take off a star for the very apparent non-plumping effect since it is listed as being a ‘plumping balm’. Moisturizing wise though, I am impressed.

It works but….
I was truly pleased by the description of this lip product. I am always on the lookout for a good lip mask/balm that will make sure that my lips stay nice and hydrated and don’t look dry with lipstick on. The idea of it plumping my lips was even better because with everyone getting lip injections these days, it is hard to compete. I also liked that it was a four pack so I wouldn’t have to think about getting more anytime soon. However, it was disappointing from moment one. The first box I opened had leaked so I had to wipe it off and I didn’t like the smell it was emitting. I do like the structure. It is circular and you turn the bottom so the product comes out the top. It is clear and feels nice as you put it on but the first thing I noticed was the taste. It tasted just like it smelled and I can not get past it. It reminds me of castor oil, which coincidentally is in the ingredients. Also, where is the plumping? I am so tired of products saying they plump when they don’t. I almost feel like they say it when really meaning that when your lips are shining, they look bigger, which is not plumping in any way. Overall, I am disappointed but it will definitely keep your lips hydrated. And with four boxes it will last. Just hopefully you won’t hate the taste and smell.

Good moisturizing lip balm
Since it is still winter, I often get dry, chapped lips. This Asterwood Lip Treatment & Balm hydrates my lips and seems to help remove fine lines. I can’t say it gives me plumper, fuller lips but it does keep my lips soft and moisturized. It does feel good on my lips and keeps them looking glossy. The containers are small enough to carry throughout the day containing 0.5oz of a thick liquid. After unscrewing the top of the container, it took quite q few twists on the bottom for the liquid to appear. With a concave top where the liquid comes out, it is easy to apply directly from the container.I do like that it is made in the USA, is free of parabens, sulfates, fragrances, and dyes, and is third-party tested. I received three containers with an expiration date of 12/2026.While this works as a lip balm the results are not long-lasting, so I have to continually reapply. It seems to be a quality product, and I like how it feels on my lips.
