Worked great until it broke
EDIT: Review changed from 1 star to 5 stars because of their customer service. I wrote the review below and right away Mountrax reached out to me to make it right and offered a replacement unit. I loved the product before the first one broke and I’m hopeful with the good reviews on here that I just received a faulty unit before and this one will have no issues. Great customer service is not common anymore and so the fact that they stand behind their product brings my review up to 5 stars.Original Review:Got this as a Xmas gift and used it on average maybe once or twice a week for about 15-30 minutes. I loved it and thought it massaged well, until it suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. It has never been moved from under the desk so it was not mistreated in any way. I simply went to turn it on and the lights come on, but it will not do anything. I then tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it kneads very quickly (buttons or remote do not work to control it) but has no heat or compression, and I cannot adjust or even turn off the kneading until I unplug it. Going to reach out to product support but otherwise very disappointed that it didn’t even last 8 full months, especially for the price. It seems like a quality product but obviously lacks longevity.

As a hair stylist and mother, I’m on my feet all day every day. My husband got me this foot massager and I am absolutely floored by how wonderful it is! I use it nightly for a minimum of 15 minutes (timer included as a setting!) and it really does bring my aching down. I’m so grateful we found this foot massager as we have tried several that don’t work the magic this one does.There are settings for intensity of kneading and compression which is nice because my husband has large feet and I have smaller feet. Very easy to operate via controller provided. Sooo grateful!

Great product, great customer service

Buy with confidence!Great product for a very reasonable price. Good amount of force/pressure, massage points hit all the desirable areas, and the heat feature is very nice. Time, heat, and pressure settings give you a good control over the unit.Only reason I didn’t give it five stars is durability. I’ve had it for less than a year and it already stopped working. Would have expected it to last longer like most electric devices. The unit lights turn on, but the massage won’t start like it used to. Tried everything recommended in the troubleshooting section and no luck getting it to work again. Unit stays in the TV room and we won’t have pets or anything else at home that could have damaged it.

I have plantar fasciatis along with a bunch of other diagnosises that cause foot and ankle pain. I can tell you…blood nourishes, blood is medicine, so anything that can improve blood flow to areas that hurt is extremely healing. Massage creates that blood flow and this machine does a great job of it. I don’t need to go into detail about exactly what this machine does, just try it. If it doesn’t work out you know that Amazon is great about returns and also the company who makes this product (Mountrax) stands behind it and strongly believes in customer service. I know this because I used this machine on average 3 times a week for 10 months. Then it malfunctioned. I was pretty bummed. But it has a one year warranty so I emailed the manufacturer with not very high hopes. They responded immediately and made it very easy to get it replaced. They shipped me a new one right away, at no cost to me, and it arrived in 2 days. I was very impressed with their customer service. Most companies are severely lacking in that these days.

I was enjoying this foot massager when one day, after only a couple of months, it quit compressing and wouldn’t turn off until I unplugged it from the wall. After writing the company and explaining it had quit working properly, they sent me another one, free of charge, to replace it. It’s working great! Bought for my wife who loves a good foot massage. This unit, which I did try myself, is amazing. The pressure cuff really squeezes your foot as the massage elements get to work. A very strange sensation and thankfully adjustable for your particular threshold. Its reasonable easy to setup and get going and apart from the noises it makes, which arent really loud of annoying, its great.
