I never review ANYTHING, ever. Good or bad. This I am ordering again and decided to review bc I have never had anything like this before. I suffer from insomnia something fierce and I have anxiety. Iâm also on multiple medications for chronic illness so I am very sensitive to taking anything. I donât want to take anything addictive or dangerous. I have a blood clotting disorder and cancer so my meds to control that has to be my priority. That being said, I can relax, rest and sleep with this. I can lie down, take my sprays, pray and be ready to sleep pretty easily. That has never happened before. This stuff is great. Give it a try.

Very potent formula. Difficult to administer
I gave this product 5 stars because–for ME–it works. I suffer from a number of auto-immune disorders as well as chronic pain and usually wake up in the night at least 2-3 times (had a sleep study done and have no sleep problems related to anything but the pain I’m in). I’ve tried quite a few different formulas of melatonin: melt-aways, pills, gummies as well as other sprays. This formula with the GABA and the glutathione REALLY has made a difference in my overall quality and amount of sleep. I will wake up in the middle of the night, however only once or twice a week instead of 1-2 times a night. My dreams have returned, and I wake up feeling pretty good.I started using this spray with 2 pumps and have settled now after 2 months of use that 4 works best for me. If I’m already tired, I will use 2-3.My gripe is that the pump spray that delivers the product is woefully incomplete. The spray leaks and of course when you get near the bottom of the bottle only the Lord knows how MUCH you’re getting. Decided to get a set of cheap plastic pipettes and am now going to go by the drop and see how that works.Maybe instead of this spray pump the manufacturer could put a dropper instead? Yes droppers have their difficulties too…but I’ve made the mistake of spraying one spray too many and was pretty groggy the rest of the day. Just a suggestion.Please know that this is MY experience, and I realize that melatonin products are very personal. Hey the tablets, melts and gummies didn’t work for me. I understand how important sleep is to all and feel for all of you who have difficulties like I do. I hope and pray that you find your answers.

So my experience with this product is that it takes a while to help you fall asleep so that in the morning, You still want to sleep when you should be feeling rested and ready to start your day. Not a fan. Magnesium works better for me, no drowsiness in the AM, I just feel Good!

I had great hopesfor this product, as several reviewers said they fell asleep almost immediately after only two sprays and woke up feeling refreshed. Si, I trued two sprays the first night. Nithing. Tried more sprays the same night, then, six sprays for several nights. Nothing, except for an annoying aftertaste that can be mostly cleared with a bit of water. So, I guess I’m “that guy,” the one among all the hood reviews who says its worthless. But, to be fair, it works for many people, probably, most people, so, it would probably work for you.All you have to lose is 20 bucks.

Definitely finds it helps fall asleep!
The directions say to start with 1 pump of this Liposomal Sleep Formula and work your way up to 6 pumps. You take it orally in your mouth and the consistency is just super watery with a sweet smell and taste, with a tart to it – almost like a sweet tart lol. It is easy to swallow because itâs the consistency of water. Thereâs a slight after taste which is quick and washes right away with a swig of water. If Iâm not sleeping my go to is usually Benadryl! Donât judge! But itâs so nice to have a more natural method to count on also. I toss and turn a lot with things on my mind before bed. I took up to 4 pumps (with the most recommended being 6) and I definitely felt it calmed my mind and was able to drift off to sleep easier than normal.

I take a different medication that makes it difficult for me to sleep at night. To remedy this, I have tried 10mg fast dissolve melatonin tablets, a trilayer 10mg melatonin sleep blend pill, as well another brand of 10mg liquid melatonin. This product has worked best for me. I have no issues getting to sleep at night. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, I can quickly get back to sleep with this product. It works relatively quickly. I would say I feel the effects within 30 minutes of consuming the product. I typically spray 6 sprays under my tongue and let it stay there for a minute or 2. I do wake up a little groggy, but I can’t tell if it is this product or if that’s just me. I am a chronically tired person. I think I may reduce the number of sprays to 3 or 4 and see how that works for me. Sometimes I do wake up with a slight headache as well, but again, I can’t tell if that is this product or if that is just me. It’s nothing an aleve won’t help with. Overall I would highly recommend trying this product for those who are having sleep difficulties.
