Gave me my energy back and cleared my nail fungus!
Could be cheaper but other that that, it helped me regain my energy through the day! I felt I could run 3 miles without having chest pains (I’m 33 years old male, fit, raw whole food plant based eater, but suffer from chest pains from time to tiwater, I found that to be due to mineral deficiency). Chest pain is gone when I run. I also noticed my nail fungus on my left finger is completely gone!! My nail used to look like half of it was gone! I’m not 100 percent sure this did the trick because I was taking Graviola (soursop) capsules too but just started those so it couldn’t be that quick healing. If you want a boost in energy then Seamoss with bladderwrack and burdock all in once is great for you! I even tried other competitor brands and they are all the same as far as the effect since I tried them as well. We need minerals and vitamins everyday in order for our entire body to function properly and this is one I take daily among other things like b12, d3, milk thistle, dandelion, quercetin, bromlein, etc. I only take 5 supplements daily. Some supplements come together in one like my b12 and d3. It’s not just one supplement you just take, sometimes it takes a few. Listen to your body and always do research for your own health. The info is out there! Hope this helps!

Less reliance on controlled pharmaceuticals
Let me just start by saying that I noticed no increase in energy, libido, drive, clarity, or even mucus removal. *EDIT: I did not realize that the mucus coming up was actually being broken apart from years of harsh chemical use, and I had no idea, which is partly my fault; it is also partly the companyâs fault for not making that fact equally apparent.* Iâve included a picture of these capsules in a bowl. On the back of the bottle it reads âColor of this product may vary due to color variations of the natural ingredients.â All of these capsules are the same exact color, a dull tan/brown. All of them. Not one of them is different in color. However, I will note that I have a nervous system condition which causes me to take a benzodiazepine as needed, and used to take a fraction of that benzodiazepine daily in raw anticipation of having a partial onset seizure. I do not need to take that anymore since Iâve been taking these, and my anxiety is way down; these are likely linked. *Edit: after taking the alternate brand, then going without any sea moss capsule for nearly a month, I can definitely feel a difference between my energy then and my energy now. I do not know if my energy now is simply a result of the dead of winter and not wanting to move about, but it is noticeably different, regardless. In any case the energy decrease is noted, so I feel that is worth at least an extra star, in combination with the misunderstanding of the mucus removal and how that would appear. NOTE: even without taking these capsules, I am still working up mucus, so take that for what itâs worth. I likely did notice a difference in clarity as well, which works in tandem with energy, but thereâs just too many factors at play to know whatâs what. I will have to take these for a full year to really give you guys the best review, but I will definitely be purchasing again. I appreciate it.

A THOUSAND STARS!
A little more pricey than some of the other brands, but IMHO worth every penny. Where do I begin? The benefits I’m experiencing are amazing. I work in medicine and it can be stressful and draining. I was living off of caffeine and occasional energy drinks because I felt exhausted. I knew I had adrenal fatigue, but the supplements to help just didn’t work well enough for me to continue them. I started making green smoothies, and while they help, I still felt some exhaustion. NOT ANYMORE. The first day I took these, I was wondering if what I was experiencing was a placebo effect, because the energy I felt was sustained and not overstimulating to my body. I also didn’t get the rush and jitters I experience with caffeine. I’m ordering a second bottle today and I have to share all the benefits I’ve noticed: 1. Sustained energy 2. Improved mental clarity 3. Improved digestion 4. Clearer skin 5. Reduction in my eczema symptoms 6. Less mucus 7. Improved sleep.My mother has lymphoma but is in remission. She suffers from fatigue as a result of chemo and radiation. I bought her a bottle and she LOVES it. She’s walking a few miles everyday and doesn’t miss a dose. That alone will have me buying these for both of us indefinitely. A thousand STARS.
