Benefits my autistic son
My son is autistic and before using Magnesium, I use to use kids melatonin. I always felt bad using it so I looked up a better alternative. I was not sure if switching to magnesium would work but to my surprise it works very well. It helps my son ease into bed and fall asleep right away. Before it would take about 30, an hour or an hour and a half to put him to sleep. He use to be very hyper before bed time. I am pleased and will continue to use this brand.

Very good sleep supplement for kids
We give our kids these at bed time and it helps them relax and fall asleep. They have issues waking up in the middle of the night and these have helped them to stay relaxed or go back to sleep. They taste really good too and my kids ask for them every night, they call them their sleepy vitamins.

I gave these to my seven, five and three year old and they ate them without complaining (which is the first win!). I noticed that it did help calm them but it did take longer than I was hoping to kick in. I do like that it is a more natural solution and will continue to use it.
