This product is very good and extremely effective.

Got what I needed accomplished!
So I used these one time before with terrible results. (Bc I wanted to lose some weight I thought was water.. & it was not water so I just got dehydrated ð¤¦ð¼ââï¸ð) BUT this time, I knew it was water weight. And I used these as I recited before a wedding I was in, & lost 5lbs in a matter of days. Felt confident and comfortable in my dress I didnât think I was going to be able to wear. ð¤ Drink lots of water as directed and if you start feeling bad or youâre not peeing a lot, donât push it. Dehydrated on a beach vacation was no fun but Iâm glad I did give it a shot this time.

Caffeine draws water out of your body so I would image it works as advertised. If you are tired and don’t want to drink coffee/soda you could easily pop a few of these.

I love these I think they work great. I do recommend if you have a busy day if you can’t get away to a bathroom often do not take them. A definitely can tell a day that I’ve taken them I constantly have to go pee versus not taking them. I know they’re working because my rings go on and off my fingers so much easier and my shoes feel better when you’re feet Feel good your whole body feels good. Definitely worth the money
