Seems to be working
So after being diagnose with prediabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure, I needed to lose weight. So that being said I decided to try and do Keto on top of my normal routine of working out. Been using these pills for little over 10 days and so far with conjunction diet and exercise I’ve lost 10 lb and it seems to be working very well with energy pre-workout, not eating as much, more focused during the day. I have not had any jumpy side effects or jitters with them which was a blessing nor any discomfort with stomach issues as well. Initially I did start to burp quite a bit but then that went away but I am pleased with the results. However this is being used with keto diet and exercise so that seems to be the overall picture.Update: Eh stopped working after awhile, good as a pre-work out supplement but other then that it stopped.

Stay away from this crap, I never write a review but I legit have been having fever, lower left abdominal pain, severe bloat, tachycardia, I feel like am gonna faint and die was about to get a ct scan ThankGod just read the reviews this is the only new thing I have introduced in my diet this past week and I feel absolutely horrible. Never have I ever had fever for 3 consecutive days I even took a covid test to make sure am not having covid but no I am covid negative itâs this freaking stupid supplement infact this is not a supplement itâs some kind a toxic pill. For getting diverticulitis, colorectal cancer, bowel obstruction, fecal impaction. Take it at your own risk if you wanna experience death and on top of it I canât even return it cause itâs non refundable like wowww. I would like to send this bottle back to the seller at my own cost to take it for a month and die. Bloody hell!

Iâm not sure if this product works but I just started using it. At least I donât have any bad reactions to it, other users says it works if consistent and pair it with exercise and mindful of what youâre eating. Iâm doing all of those things but Iâm yet to see any weight lose. Maybe by the I finish a bottle and buy another. It looks like a good product, I will continue to use and maybe update my review if I see any result after my first bottle. The pill is big and no bad smell.

The first day I took the 3 recommended capsules and felt headaches and nausea, so I pulled back to 1-2 a day and then worked my way back up to 3. This along with walking just a few mile a day and some dumbbell exercises seems to be making an impressive difference.
