Fits well , stays in place , comfortable to wear, and stays cold . Easy to store and freeze for next use . Easy to put on injured shoulder , good quality material and covers well(Ii usually wear L-XLtops).

Great shoulder pain relief!
I am awaiting a shoulder replacement and am in quite a bit of pain; Iâve been using this sleeve for several weeks now and it fits well and gives me very good pain relief. It is comfortable and easy to wear but, with a shoulder injury and not much flexibility, I have to rely on my husband to help me put it on. The cold lasts about 15 minutes, after which the pain relief lasts for a couple of hours, enough time to put it back in the freezer and start over again! I have a similar product that I bought at Walgreens, and this one stays colder for longer than the one from Walgreens.

Effective but could be better
Gets pretty cold, enough to make a difference, however, the cold only lasts about 15 minutes. The form fit really seems to help though. Although, the sleeve is a bit on the small side. I’m not a big guy, with biceps at 14″, and it fits really snug. Any bigger and it wouldn’t go on without really stretching it, and I’m not sure how far you can go before damaging the sleeve. Also, the strap barely fits around my 45″ chest, and I measured 47″ diagonally from the top of the shoulder, down and around the other side. Hope that helps.

Comfortable but hard to put on
I just had shoulder surgery and wanted something easier to wear than the “ice machine wrap”. First off it does work well and is comfortable to wear and the coldness lasts abut 45 minutes, it is a bit heavy but once on you don’t notice the weight.My only complaint is that it is not a one person application. I am 2 weeks post shoulder replacement and I cannot move my affected shoulder yet, so my wife still has to help me put it on. There really is no way that I could put it on by myself. But that said it is still a quality ice wrap and does a very good job.One last thing that I was concerned about, the arm cuff is not adjustable and does not come apart, it slides over your bicep. I thought that this might be a problem but it isnât for me, the cuff seems pliable enough to slide over most arms, unless you are a serious weightlifter or something.

Perfect For Shoulder Injuries
This ice pack did the trick. I put it in the freezer for about 4 hours. When I took it out the gel inside was NOT a solid mass. The pack formed to my shoulder perfectly. I will say that you may need assistance with securing the strap if your range of motion is limited. I had minimal difficulty securing the strap. I had the pack on for about 5 hours and it helped my injury feel better. It stays cold for a long time. I am of regular height and weight and it covered my entire shoulder. It was simple to use straight out of the zip bag.

Really easy to get on and it is cold and stays cold for a long while! Love that i can easily ise it for both arms. As someone who has had 3 shoulder surgeries and about to have a fourthIâm so glad I found this!! Its good quality, perfect size and the straps are really adjustable length wise. Im 5â4, weigh 165 with a muscular build and it fits me great not too big or too small at all!

Does not stay cold for more than 30 minutes.Too slippery and heavy on the shoulder, so it slides down.
