Works well but be careful with sensitive teeth
This tooth whitening system works extremely well. It really does whiten your teeth in just a few uses. Different whitening settings as far as the light that’s used whether it be the blue or the red light or a combination of the two. Simple to operate and it charges rapidly. You can either plug it directly into a cord or you can use the case that comes with it. My only thing that I would recommend would be that if you have sensitive teeth like I do, be extremely careful and how long you leave this stuff on your teeth. Absolutely rinse your mouth out and brush them as soon as you are done with the treatment. Do not do any more than one treatment in a day because your cheese will become so sensitive that just simply breathing air in will trigger nerve pain in your teeth. Other than that this whitening system is so much better than the other ones that I’ve tried.

On the fence; some pros and cons
I’m on the fence with this. I’ve been using it about a week now and I do think my teeth are starting to get whiter. But, like everything in life, there are pros and cons.I have sensitive teeth, and I’ve had professional treatments before so I know what it feels like on sensitive teeth (hint: not good), and at first I felt nothing with this. But after using it consistently for 4-5 days in a row I started to notice a slight always-there internal sensitivity that felt like a low-grade version of what I experience after professional whitening. So it will affect sensitive teeth if used regularly – at least, if used multiple days in a row. The solution might just be to reduce treatment frequency, but I am not going to start using this again until this pain goes away entirely (I’m on day 2 of pain now).There is also a curve for learning to use it comfortably. I had a hard time keeping it in my mouth the first day or two – I produced a lot of saliva, and it was just gross. I was able to fix the problem by putting half a paper towel in my mouth while using the device to soak it up, but still I was watching the clock like a hawk until I could spit it all out. It wasn’t until the fifth day of tweaking my setup that I finally got comfortable with my routine and could just ride it out without clock-watching. I dried everything really well with a paper towel, put half in my mouth, coated my teeth, put the device in, and put another small piece of paper towel along the inside of my gum-line. This did it, and I am now able to use it without issues.Now for the pros..I do think this is doing something, if for no other reason then my teeth now feel like they do after a professional whitening treatment (to a much lesser degree, so a much smaller amount of formula). Looking back on photos from day one, although it is subtle, I do think my teeth look whiter. Nothing insane like that other reviewer’s photos (good for her!), but just very slightly less yellow. It is hard to tell just looking at yourself everyday, so photos definitely help.However, along with this treatment, I also started taking better care of my teeth in general. This device requires a commitment (16 minutes a day, every day) and so it inspired me to make other changes to my oral care routine. I now have a water flosser that I use, and have recently added oil pulling into my regimen. So who knows if my slightly less yellow teeth are a result of this, or that, or a combination of all of it. But using this device has indirectly caused me to level up my oral care in general, and that is a big plus in my book.All of that said, I do think this is a good tool to have on hand. It’s not a miracle fix for years of coffee stains and red wine drinking, but I don’t think it’s a total gimmick either. I think it has some value in a good oral care line-up. But don’t go in with unrealistic expectations of it being some instant fix, you’ll be disappointed. However, if used regularly over time, I believe it could produce results.

It turns the device off if you donât press just right and you have to turn it back on- which is simple to do, but it starts the timer over and can make the auto shut off go past the 16 minute mark.As for the results, I took a picture after first treatment and I could tell a difference in stain lifting after only one application.The next picture is after just FOUR treatments! The level it lifted in four treatments is AMAZING!Zero sensitivity for me, but I donât have sensitive teeth.Edit to add the 3rd picture is after just using ONE complete pen and my teeth just keep getting whiter whiter. Best product by far Iâve found for teeth whitening!I wish the pens had a way to see how much product was left inside but I promise what is inside WORKs. More precise than trays
I’ve used trays in the past but the excess gel has at times made my gums sensitive. I like the fact that the pends allow for more precise application. I love the whitening light. I’ve seem some improvement in the few sessions I’ve used so far. Pretty happy with the results so far – nothing extreme but noticeable. I’m looking to maintain my current level of whiteness. This is more pricey than the typical trays I’ve used, but it allows for a shorter session, and it keeps my gums from getting sensitive.
