It has taken about 4 days to settle my loose bowels. After taking it twice a day for 4 days it gives me a stomach ache shortly after taking it. I take it with food and water. On my 5th day I only took it once to avoid the stomach ache. Is this a supplement for use every day or take it only until my digestive issues subside?
