Excellent Oil for Electric Wet Shaving
Pacific Shaving Company’s “All Natural Shaving Oil” is an amazing high-quality product. I use it as a “lather” to shave with my electric razor and it is the only product I have found that does not irritate my skin.Here are the top 3 reasons I recommend this product:1) It has no alcohol in it. So it is less likely to irritate your skin. And if for some reason you do have a cut, this will not cause it to burn and turn red – it will probably soothe it.2) It helps your razor to glide and be smooth. I use from 5 – 10 drops each morning for my whole face, and I never get cuts from using this in combination with my electric razor – the cuts just don’t happen because the oil is so slick.3) It has a very very light smell of citrus – but that is all. It does not smell like strong chemicals or alcohol. The citrus smell is so light that it does not linger for more than a few minutes as far as I can tell.This is a great product – and I have tried many, including some of the more expensive ones. This one is cheap – it lasts forever, it has a very light but pleasant citrus smell, and it doesn’t irritate my skin. Also – if you are worried about this oil clogging up the blades in your electric razor – this has never happened to me. Great Product, perfect for travel
I just completed a 6 month trip through South America and this was the only bottle of shaving oil I used the entire time. It not only made it the entire 6 months, but I had plenty left over when done.However, this long term aspect is meaningless unless it is a good product. I’ve used several shaving oils and I very much prefer this. The main reason is that it doesn’t feel like a heavy oil, it’s feels much lighter, almost like a thin soap. This means that your face doesn’t feel oily and the razor rinses easier under water with no clogging.If you’ve never used shaving oil before be prepared, it is a very different experience. You need to wet your face first, apply this and then for best effect, wait a few minutes (I brush my teeth while waiting) This really lets it soak in and soften the beard for a very smooth comfortable shave. Of course, in a hurry you just spash and go, but when done right, this works great.

Great shave, rotten bottle.
After trying some other shave oils, and becoming a convert. Thought I’d try this. It gives a great shave, but the packaging has flaws. When it arrived, about a 3rd of the bottle had leaked out of the oil and the bag. The spots on the box were a clue. Then, when trying to use it, I gently squeezed the bottle, and the spout popped out, so I lost another 3rd of the bottle. Used a pin to open the hole and it worked fine.In sum, works great, but be sure the opening isn’t clogged.As always Amazon was wonderful, and is refunding or sending a new bottle (need to check my email to be sure.)

It works as good or better than conventional shaving cream.. The bottle takes way less space and lasts way longer. I do use about twice as much as recomended but I usually leave my shaving to too long so I it probably relavent to me.
