Phenomenal neck and back massager
Years ago, I had one of these arm sling neck massagers which was corded and loved it. Eventually, it died, and I never replaced it, as the cord was a bit restrictive. Imagine my excitement when I saw this cordless one! It was worth the wait to replace it, as this this has more support mechanisms and is so thoughtfully designed!First off, it’s a lot smaller than I thought it would be, which makes it perfect for storing. In fact, I will keep this box for storage, as it’s so compact and easy to carry with the handle. After charging it in full, I’ve used it in a few different ways. You can focus on the full neck, where it actually stretches your neck nicely with the 4 arms, and you can also focus on the trapezius by putting it lower so the lower arms are on the traps. I’ve also moved it up and down my back, and it works quite well to work out knots in back.The overall design of the device is intuitive. I literally pressed the buttons and had a sense of what would happen before I checked the manual. Heat is adjustable, as is the speed. The only thing I might change is the ability to adjust the waist strap smaller. I’m an average-sized woman and even at the tightest, it’s still loose on me. I’ll play around with that more, but typically when I use it, I’m sitting against a chair, so it’s not a huge issue. If I wanted to walk around and have it be on my waist, I think it would fall off.The cover on the massage arms is removable and washable, which I love. I have some other comfier products, and they are all thoughtfully designed like that, where the points of contact with the body part can all be washed.Overall, I would venture to say this is the best-designed “arm-sling” massager on the market. It’s cordless, thoughtfully designed, and can be used beyond the neck. It’s perfect for yourself or as a gift!

Great massager
Very versatile as it can be used on neck/shoulders or mid to low back – I was even able to use on my calf and thighs. It seems to be very stout and withstands a good deal of pressure. There are two “speed” settings and also two mode setting which one I felt was a bit jittery but some may like it. The battery life seems good and compared to a bulky wired model I have, this is much better and easier to use. Very pleased with this unit.

Multipurpose neck massager
This wireless neck massager is just what we were looking for. Itâs a little awkward at first to position on your neck to get good contact with all four massagers (need to put it higher on your neck) but it feels so good. It works great and the added heat works well for loosening up tight muscles. Love that it can be used on other areas as well. Will definitely use it to massage the legs also. Great value for all of the functionality in a small package. Conveniently charges with USB-C also.

Powered sufficiently to provide deep massage.Only downside is that the unit is relatively heavy and will be difficult to put in place, and to remove, by anyone who cannot easily handle placing the ~3lb unit over their head and onto their neck in proper position.

Once you figure out how the settings work, you are better able to enjoy the massage, and get the full 10 minute experience. However, 10 minutes is still too short! It gives a very good massage, so it would be great if it lasted longer.ProsThe massage is unbelievably good. It massages areas on my shoulders that other massagers can’t quite reach.Cons1. The massage is only 10 minutes.2. The first couple of times I used it, It took about 5 minutes to get the settings right, which cut into my 10 minute massage time. By the time I figured it out, the massage was over.3. It comes with a USB cable, but no wall charger.But overall, it feels great. So I use it 10 minutes, wait about 3 minutes and then use it again in order to get a 20 minute massage.
