=> This is the One <= I didnât buy this for its typical use. My son loved the one they had at the doctorâs office as a distraction for little ones, so I figured Iâd get him his own to play with as a sensory item. I went back and forth between this one and another here on Amazon that lights up but has a ball-shaped top with 4 legs. I couldnât decide, and they were cheap enough, so I got both. PLEASE learn from my mistake and just spend the extra $2 on the HoMedics brand! Both massagers arrive and I find out theyâre only cool when a nurse gives them to you. Oh well, now Mom gets to use it for the various muscle spasms that accompany severe disc herniation! Gotta look at the positives, right?1) It is powerful enough to soothe average muscle aches and promote fascia release - if you push hard enough. Not even close to relieving lumbar tension and spasm from disc bulges/herniation, however, if youâre in the same boat as me, you know nothing really helps! I find it very useful for my husbandâs neck and back after work and for leg/calf pain for myself. My oldest also uses it to take the edge off the damage he does on heavy lifting days.2) Build quality is excellent! As we expect of HoMedics, the plastic is thick and durable, the button is securely installed, the lights function perfectly, and all pieces fit together seamlessly.3) I prefer this ergonomic handheld design (with a slope) as it reduces wrist stress and allows me to push harder without making it uncomfortable. Did I mention I have carpal tunnel too? Iâm just waiting for heart failure and complete tooth loss at this point - listen to yer elders, kids! Take care of your body so youâre not writing reviews about massagers one day! ;-)4) Comes with batteries! Woo! With two toddlers and 300 battery-operated toys Iâll take as many free ones as I can get.5) Now, this is not an endorsement for tossing your âRibbitâ around all willy-nilly, but my son has both spiked it on my granite and hardwood floors, as well as dunked it in the water tub on his sensory table. Still kept buzzing away. Ribbit lives another day!The short of it: Well worth the investment, will help ease minor to moderate pain from muscle cramps, release tension without hurting, and doesnât cost an arm and a leg. Buy one!

Its okay -but not spectacular which is okay.
This little massager was bought and does do what it was intended for, which is massaging. Its a bit stronger than we expected and does vibrate the hand you hold it in. Decently loud too but expected for something vibrating. Its okay and does was suppose to. I think a little bit more money and buying a massage gun really trumps this but that also costs more. I wouldn’t say don’t buy it, but know its just a basic massager similar to what I would expect to be sold in a dollar store.

Poor Quality and Scary Packaging
I recently purchased the HoMedics Ribbit Mini Handheld Massager, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Hereâs a detailed review:Design and Features:The design of the HoMedics Ribbit Mini Massager is cute and compact, with a comfort grip and an LED light. It comes in various colors, though you donât get to choose the color you receive. The initial idea of a handheld massager with a vibrating feature is appealing, especially with batteries included.Performance and Durability:Sadly, the performance of this massager was disappointing. It broke after just a few weeks of use. The vibration weakened significantly before it stopped working altogether. For a product meant to provide relief and relaxation, this was a major letdown.Packaging Issues:The packaging was a significant issue. When I picked up the box from my mailbox, it was already vibrating and glowing due to the LED light being activated. This not only startled me but also suggested poor packaging and handling during shipping. A massager should be securely packaged to prevent accidental activation and ensure it arrives in good condition.Value:Given the short lifespan and the alarming packaging experience, I cannot recommend this product. It might be inexpensive, but the low quality and poor packaging make it a poor investment. Itâs better to spend a little more on a reliable, well-packaged massager.Final Thoughts:The HoMedics Ribbit Mini Handheld Massager was a disappointment in both performance and packaging. Breaking after a few weeks and arriving in a way that scared me does not inspire confidence in the product. I would suggest looking for other options if you need a dependable and well-made massager.

Great purchase!!!! Love it!!!! Must have item!!!!
This cute little frog was a great purchase. I love it. This item is def. A must have!!!! My daughter has been having some really bad neck pain now and then. So that is why I got her this. I did not put it in her stocking this year, but it can be used for anyone who needs a massager. It can also be used in any and every kind of stocking for a great stocking stuffer!!!!

Great Little Item
Several reviewers complained about battery life. Iâve passed this around my business and 4-5 people have used it. Batteries are still going strong. I also donât know why some people said you have to keep your finger on the âonâ button. Not so. Maybe they didnât pull the little protective tab out?No problems with this little item at all. Great price.

Only 2 points of vibration, not two as the description says. My phone would provide stronger vibrations. Complete waste of money.
