Best Tea Ever
I tried this tea in Jan to jumpstart my cleaning process and eating right. I can honestly say this tea works. The taste is good, has no real taste to me. I drink water more than anything so this was pretty easy for me. I noticed my bloating was non existent after 2-3 days and I suffer from gastritis. It also curb my appetite for sweets and Iâm a huge sweets eater. I never really seen how I lost fat due to not eating sugar. I have recommended this product to my family, friends and even my neighbors. I have gotten compliments on my weight loss from everyone I know. This tea works and itâs gentle on the stomach, doesnât having me running to the bathroom. Itâs a more controlled detox which I like.

Really helps me not have cravings all the time, the restless wandering back and forth to the fridge has stopped. I quit drinking coffee first thing and made this my morning hot drink or sometimes I put it in my cold water bottle and drink throughout the day. It makes me less stressed overall somehow.The evening tea is relaxing and neither tea has an overly strong taste but are enjoyable. I look forward to drinking these and love the benefits I saw within a day or two. It’s ok …good for two diff things
UpdateI completed the whole cycle. I’m one week off the 28 days. I realized now it really helped decrease with my appetite and noticed very litlte to no bloat. Since I’ve been off I’ve felt bloated more times than I would like. I think I will get me another order.I’ve been using this product for 2weeks so I’m half done with the product. Before the product I always had one bowel movement 1x/day. The teas taste good. I did not need to add flavor. The day time tea did not help me pass anything but did help me as an appetite suppressant. The night time tea works though. Wish I had 28 night time teas. As soon as I wake up I got to go which I love the feeling of. The days I take the night time tea the night before I get poop 2-3x. Maybe going to get me two packs of night time tea next time.

Buyer Beware
I followed the directions. The package was delivered in the morning; I had a cup of morning tea only; the next day I had a cup of morning tea and then in the evening I had a cup of the evening tea; ** because of the package comments about Senna sensitivity I wanted to be safe as I didnât know how it would effect me I only drank half a cup of the evening tea. The third dayâ before I could even have my morning tea I started having cramps similar to (for the women out there) contraction pains!Please do not buy the evening tea until you try a sample of a Senna based product other than this! Even though I only used it for two days before having the Senna tea, I went to return this item because obviously I can no longer drink it. When you click âreturnâ it says RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED for this product! A big waste of money for me. Donât buy it unless you already know if you are or are NOT sensitive to Senna!

Amazing tea
I have used this tea on/ off for about 4 years. I have issues with bloating and I notice when I am on this tea CONSISTENTLY, it helps reduce the bloating. The night time tea is awesome as it helps detox the gut and helps with regular bowels.I would recommend using this tea if you are going to be consistent with it for the 28 days and exercise regularly!

Great way to start off a detox
I purchased this tea shortly after quitting alcohol, and ready to get my health back on track. I now only drink water and herbal tea, and wanted to give this a try to jump start losing weight and feeling more hydrated. After about a week of healthier eating, no booze, and light workouts Iâve definitely am seeing the bloating disappear. My clothes are much looser. Itâs an effective tea to go along with a healthier lifestyle. I love tea so the taste of both were pleasant, the night tea a bit earthier. Just add a little honey or lemon juice and it helps!
