Good for ballet performances
This gel works really well for ballet performances. It holds every hair in place yet has the softness needed to easily fasten head pieces and change them during costume changes without the horrible “crunch” of hard hairspray, which is more damaging to the hair. I have also found that I can successfully rinse it out with just water a couple of times before fully washing my hair, which really helps with avoiding dried out hair and itchy scalp from over washing after a performance week.

Nice gel- smells fresh, but not overpowering. Holds my short hair in place fairly well. With a spritz of hair spray, my hair stays in place for several hours. Price is less than half of what I have been paying for a professional brand.

It’s just ok and that’s probably because it’s just not for me. It’s medium hold at best, I have a mix of B2/C2 hair and it can be a little messy looking without hold so I had to mix it with another product to make it doable (but still not great). It is a little bit sticky but not too bad. The thing that completely baffled me if the promise of 24 hr hold. Did my hair look the same at the 24 hr mark as when I put it on? Heck no. Did my hair even look passable the next day with a little freshening up? Also no. Was there still product technically in my hair, yes. So there’s that.

Good price for a good hair gel
I like it. Does hold well, and is not extra sticky/goopy. It’s a light/medium hold and doesn’t make my hair feel greasy. It’s a good price for a medium quantity of gel. I’ll be planning to buy it again when it runs out.

It arrived well packaged. I’m glad I tried this hair gel, which I think will be a new staple of mine. I have sensitive skin, so I am glad this hair gel is non-irritating. It also does not leave any visible residue when I use it to put my hair in a sleek bun, even though I use it to refresh my bun everyday.

I have very fine, very fly-away hair and I really hate stiff or thick hair products, especially those with strong perfume. The product (a Matrix product) I’ve been using is no longer being made so have been trying new things – most are too still or smelly. Have had satisfactory experience with GF before so thought I’d try this. It is not as satisfactory as the old discontinued one, but is definitely better than others I’ve tried recently.
