Lab work comes back good
I need to take this type of vitamin for my lab work and so far itâs been coming back pretty good When you open the product, it does have an ugly smell, but I put it in a pillbox and the next couple days thereâs no smell anymore There is no taste or texture. It is very smooth and sealed. Is very easy to swallow and I could no longer chew vitamins so Iâm glad I found this one It is a good value for your money, especially if it gets the lab work where it needs to be

I purchased these because I’m a bariatric patient at the point of the journey where hair loss begins. I purchased these with the hope it would help lessen the incredible amount of hair loss that’s happening. So far they are good, they have no taste and are easy to swallow. They are very concentrated with viatims but don’t upset my stomach. They are on the larger side so taking them with water is a must. Hopefully they help with the hair loss.

Better than the chewables that’s for sure..
I bought two bottles of the chewables just to not be able to take them at all. The taste is horrible, the texture is very sandy and it took me about 30 minutes just to get 1 tablet down (Berry). Then I tried the other flavor (Strawberry) thinking maybe the taste would improve, nah. Worst. Tried to return or exchange for the 1 a day capsule and company would not accept because containers were open. After a bariatric surgery you are sensitive to everything, so I was able to convince my doctor to swap me out to these 1 a day capsules but I have to open them and mix the powder with something to get them down (I find a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt works best as this stuff doesn’t mix well with liquids). does the trick for me and I’m happy.
