I had dislocated my hip â ouch! â which also affected my back, so I bought this hoping it would help loosen the tight and sore muscles in my hip and back. I was also tired of popping pills and lying flat on my back because it was painful to move about. It worked amazingly! My pain was literally eliminated after just two days of using it. It is also very powerful and of good quality. I thought, for the price, that I might be sacrificing on the strength and quality. Not at all. It is also very easy to use; not complicated at all. The size is also compact, about the size of a cellphone, and it is very light in weight.I now use it on my feet when I get those pins and needle sensations, and it alleviates it.

was skeptical about these devices until I was recommended to get one for recovery on a knee injury. i chose this one primarily for the rechargeable battery. I don’t think the photos do it justice because when i first opened and saw the device i thought there is no way this thing will work. boy was i wrong. the device is pretty small and very light weight but don’t let that fool you. The device is very strong and capable (so long the connections are secured to your skin) and the battery lasts days with about 4-7 hours of use throughout the day with breaks in between each use. very pleased and have already recommended to several people that i run, cycle and hike with. and recovery, well its definitely helped manage pain and has been great at keeping my muscles working.the only thing i would suggest is to purchase some of the bigger 2″ pads if you want to target larger areas such as your quads, hamys or your back.

Perfect for price
Works great. Some of the power settings aren’t so smooth 2-3-4-5 might have a smooth transition but then 5-6 might feel like going up 3 levels instead of 1. Other than that you can’t charge it while in use but it has a long battery life. Would suggest even if you don’t have a chronic pain. It’s nice to use just even after a workout, especially if you station your muscle

I absolutely love this TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Pro! It was a lifesaver during my rotator cuff surgery recovery, and it played a huge role in my rehab. My recovery exceeded my surgeonâs expectations by five weeks, and I truly believe this device made a difference. Easy to use, effective, and reliableâI highly recommend it to anyone needing muscle stimulation for pain relief or rehabilitation! Being this is the third shoulder surgery Iâve had in the last five years, I really wish I had this TENS unit after my first two shoulder surgeries, one being a complete shoulder replacement. My back was bothering me so bad, that I thought I might need surgery. Instead, I started looking for a tens unit first and I found this one. This unit is amazing! The settings vary and you can feel the difference and the power between them. Simply put, I recommend anyone that doesn’t have severe chronic back pain, to try this unit. You will be glad you did!

Impressive
I bought this when recovering from a herniated cervical c5-c6 disc that impinged on the c6 nerve root causing severe pain in my left shoulder down to numb thumb, index finger and half of the middle finger.This little machine has a good assortment of modes and truly helped incredibly with the pain especially during the spasming phase of my injury. The spasms caused cramping in my outer bicep down my forearm. This machine also helped loosen up those areas. The charge holds up pretty well and it is surprisingly powerful.

Very flexible options.
I was suspicious of the light weight of the unit out of the box. As it turns out, the unit is strong and very flexible with its uses. I usually turn a tens unit up to 10 and hope it does something. I put this one on relax using 4 pads and only managed to get up to a 7. It was like getting a Swedish massage. I like having the 2 channel options because I feel like 4 pads just gives better treatment. I like the light weight too. I can wear it with gym shorts and the unit in my pocket doesnât pull my shorts down. The unit came in a very nice case with plenty of extra pads, a USB C charging cable and instructions. It also comes with a QR code that links you to a video that instructs you on pad placement. The controls are easy to figure out. M is for mode, the thing that looks like a little clock is for time. The plus and minus buttons turn the strength up and down, which you can do independently for channels A and B. The up and down arrows allow you to toggle between the 12 different programs across the 3 modes. That gives you basically 36 different options to meet whatever possible need you might have for the moment. Plus then you can vary the strength. Like I said in the title. Very flexible options. We did research and found this one as a good budget option. So far, we are very pleasantly surprised by what a strong little, convenient and flexible unit it is. I would definitely recommend for anyone with pain, muscle weakness, tenseness, or an aggravating husband.

As good as the Chiropractor’s office
I liked the therapy at the Chiropractor’s office, but $35 each session was getting expensive. On a hunch, I checked Amazon and found this device for a reasonable price. What a deal! This thing does as good a job as the Chiropractor’s machine – maybe better because it has so many different programs. The device itself is smaller than a cell phone and is easy to carry in your pocket if you want therapy on the go. Once charged up, the battery lasts for days. The electrode patches are overly sticky at first, but “loosen up” the more you use them. The travel case is a nice touch. You won’t be disappointed!

Partially tore my bicep and my physio therapist recommended I pick up a tens machine. This one is the Cadillac of tens machines. The TENS feature works great on my arm. An unexpected amazing feature is the relax function. This thing is amazing at making my body feel better. Neck, shoulder and low back pain all decreasing. I work at a desk all day and it’s great for winding down when my body gets sore from poor posture and ergonomics.Pads are good and really sticky. Definitely worth every penny and easy to use and care for.

I just opened the package and found pads without the protective film on the and had hair on the sticky pads. Itâs clearly been opened before, sent back and then sent to me. Disgusting! I canât use this and will have to send it back for a full refund. Pretty expensive for this mess.

I bought this for EMS muscle toning to replace slendertone. This device works flawlessly and it’s great value for the money. It’s extremely easy to use and I apply gel to the pads to prolong the Stickiness of the pads. I haven’t tried it for pain relief yet but it’s in my list for my back pain.
