Works for FINE HAIR!!!
I am 55 years old and have SUPER BABY FINE hair that is just past shoulder length. I know short hairstyles have always been best for me, but it requires CONSTANT, repeated, same day styling and ONE simple, age-related “Hot Flash” leaves you with FLAT, STRINGY hair full of sticky chemicals no matter what.With time growing it longer to put up in a pony tail tends to be the simplest long term solution,…however boring as it is. This item was a last ditch attempt to give some sort of life and fullness to a lifetime of stringy hair.Super simple to use…. I immediately after showering with towel dried hair only, comb out smooth and use this item. Hair is still quite wet (and has also been conditioned in wash process). I simply “BRAID” my wet hair over it as the videos show. I have found for my hair to NOT braid TOO tightly (as it makes it more “kinky” rather than “curly”). The velvety material does a good enough job “holding” that it does not slip out during sleep. My hair is SO FINE that the large hair ties provided don’t do much to hold, so I still use traditional hair ties to hold the ends on, then reinforce with the large ones provided for sleeping.Not TOO BAD for overnight sleep. I tend to be a stomach sleeper and with time, the overnight comfort is tolerable.I wake up with soft curls that I finger through that actually hold ALL DAY. As Hot Flashes progress throughout the day, I do get “flat” on top (as expected), but sides and length still hold their curl without use of hair products. Perfect for fine, thin hair!
After spending the night at my teenage niece’s house and saw her using the heatless curls, I was ALL IN and wanted to try. However, she has the Tik Tok kind that are satin. Her hair literally slips off the satin rod, so she had to sleep with a bonnet due to the slippage. Since I am too old to be going to bed looking like a Civil War reenactor , I hunted for a solution that might work better with thinner, fine textured hair. These heatless curlers are kind of a velvet texture and allowed my slippery hair to stay put all night, using just a couple of flat Goody snap clips to hold it in place. Works great, and I lightly sprayed my hair w/ a little water and diluted setting lotion to help it hold. Any generic setting lotion will work, does not need to be anything special. Instructions are NOT needed, best way to figure it out are all the YouTube videos out there, there’s a ton.

It works!
I have super soft, super fine natural hair, so my hair slips off the silk wraps super easily. I have NBR extensions so the top of my hair is softer than the ends. Since this one is velvet as opposed to the satin ones, my hair sticks to it better and stayed on throughout the night under my silk bonnet. My curls were beautiful the next day! I like that this has the ties on the ends so you can wrap and tie around the forehead, that is smart. Itâs comfortable since itâs plush so I didnât have too much trouble sleeping with it. I took one star off because it is a bit flimsy – I would prefer if the cushioning inside was a tiny bit more firm. Overall this has been my favorite headless curl rod and Iâve tried 3-4 different ones.

Search no more, honest review. I have wands, I have heated curlers, I have spiral hair curler, curler machine, and this product to me, is the easiest to set up to get waves done. It’s super fast to roll your hair in and amazingly confortable to wear or sleep in. It may have similar products out there, I tried the silk ones and they slip right off my had. This one is beyond.. the thought of the hanging end so you can tie it to your head and the flat clip so you can sleep comfortably. Everything was well thought out. Congratulations. I don’t really write reviews, but this, I had to. TIP: I use a water spray bottle and slightly get my hair damp or I’ll straight up put it on straight put of the shower with wet hair.

Doesnât slip out
I tried two other soft rollers previously, but my hair slipped out too easily from the satin fabric. This one is much easier to use because the velvet gently grips the hair, allowing for less slippage and easier rolling. Also, these are longer and can be tied in the back. I have waist length, fine hair. I got a silk bonnet to wear over this after I blow dry and roll my hair. I take it out after a few hours or overnight, and it works great. Happy!

Decent hair curler, the texture of it makes your hair stick to it so itâs hard to remove the curls. Itâs soft unlike other curlers so your able to sleep better but the curls might turn out a little funky

Best curls of my Life
I absolutely love this saves so much time and hair looks incredible. I have 2 under 2 boys so I don’t have time to spend doing my hair or being able use hot tool they grab everything. So this curler is absolutely perfect for me. Before trying this one I had gotten silk one it wouldn’t stay I’m for nothing but this one you’d have fight me for me let go of. Definitely highly recommend!!

Very comfortable and easy to use
This is very easy to use and made the perfect curls! Everyone kept asking me if I had my hair done the next day! I like that you can tie it and it doesnât come undone throughout the night. Recommend to also get the silk cap to go with it as it kept my hair from getting frizzy throughout the night.
