I got these just a few days ago. I was interested because of the mushroom coffee I always hear about, but I hate coffee, so these were a perfect solution. The first day I took them, I took two in the morning and another two in the afternoon. They taste great. They are about the size of a gummy bear, but easier to chew than that. I felt kind of buzzed that first day. The second day I only took them in the morning. For some reason I was exhausted, and felt tired most of the day. The third day, I took them in the morning again. I didn’t feel the buzz like the first day, but I’ve been focused and able to complete tasks that normally I would stress about for a while and potentially not even start. I just kind of was able to do them without thinking about it too much. It’s very effective. I feel like they’re doing exactly what I wanted, and I’m excited to see how the effects settle with continued use. I feel like this is a worthwhile purchase, and am glad that I set up for a subscription. I will update this review if I notice anything else noteworthy.

Taste Fine, Did Not See Results
I recently started trying mushroom supplements. The first supplement I tried previous to this one, I noticed improvement in my memory and sleep within 30 days. I switched to these gummies because they had a greater variety of mushrooms plus the ashwaganda (allegedly). My memory and sleep backslid and I did not observe any tangible results after 33 days. It doesn’t mean there weren’t any, but I didn’t notice them and the improvement that was happening in my cognition stopped. Because I was able to see results within 30 days of my last gummy supplement, this was a bust to me.The gummies taste nice, but I don’t feel confident they’re the quality they claim to be and I didn’t see results after using them consistently for more than 30 days.
