Good, rechargeable but noticed a plastic materials.
Pros:- Good deal for the price, bought lot of them as a gift.- Good rechargeable battery, handy, lighter.- Nice and fancyCons:- There are two parts engaged to cut the hair. One is metal while another is plastic. I was amazed why the part was plastics that they used for cutting purpose. I think to lower the manufacturing price.- Combs are not normal, because they have 2 sizes in 1 part, different to other regular clipper combs.

Just misses the mark
Norelco is my tried and true beard trimmer. I recently lost some of my important guides so wanted to give this a try.Out of the box, I would say this appears to be more focused on hair vs beard. While it does have more fine tuned adjustments up at 2mm, beyond that you get fewer and fewer options on the lower end and much more for bushy beards/hair. The trimmer itself is also much wider than Iâm used to which makes more precise adjustments harder.A big difference between this and my Norelco- all stainless steel blades. The plastic piece that moves to trim hair is plastic. What I found is that going all the way to the smallest level and placing the metal guide to skin, it didnât flow as smoothly as I would have liked. It also got caught trying to trim my beard hairs and pulled. Very likely the plastic coming into play. The placement of the on/off button and power controls also meant I kept adjusting/turning it off while trying to hold it. They are right where your hand wants to naturally hold it.It is nice to have a battery indicator by number and what looks to be a maintenance icon but those are nice to have. I would have rather the money gone towards core functionality like 100% metal cutting parts.This will serve as a functional backup if Iâm ever in a pinch and my main trimmer is out of battery but otherwise Iâll stick to my main trimmer.
