After a full charge, install the U-shaped brush head. Never twist. Shake the foam toothpaste, then press out the foam and evenly apply it to the U-shaped brush head. Paint the whitening gel to your teeth.Put the brush head into your mouth, relax your bite on the U-shaped brush head, and select the right frequency mode for you.Easily brush your teeth, and move your brush back and forth, left to right with your hands at the same time, brushes your teeth for a deeper clean. If you find the mouth piece too small, move it further left and right for a a greater reach. You can leave on one spot and release hands. Perfect to use in the shower. Suggested timing: run through each setting 30 seconds on each and then leave it on the 4th setting (just whitening) for the rest of your shower.After brushing your teeth, use a wet cloth to clean up the water and stagnation of the fuselage. NEVER CHARGE WHEN WET, ALWAYS DRY THE DEVICE BEFORE CHARGING.

Autism must have!
I purchased this for my 25yr old autistic son. He has had an electric toothbrush for years, but it just wasn’t doing a good job for him. He could only tolerate the vibration for short amount of time. He also kept missing areas of his mouth and his gum line was always “gross” and often bleed.I bought this toothbrush with low expectations. But to my surprise nearly a year later, I vow to NEVER use a different type of toothbrush for him again! His teeth are soo clean, his gums are more healthy, they no longer bleed and there is no “gross” stuff along the gum line. His dentist even commented on the huge difference! She asked what brush we’re using, so she can recommend them to her other patients! I’ve also recommended it to several other special needs parents. I will admit it is a bit difficult to clean, but I’ve discovered that if you put the mouthpiece into a cup with water and let it sit for a bit then the toothpaste rinses right off. I also use dental appliance cleaner tablets to sanitize it. This toothbrush is a game changer!!

Love this item for special needs…but poor quality & stopped working.
I bought this item in March 2022 and again recently in March 2024. It was an ideal item to help clean my son’s teeth. His dentist noticed improvement after we began using this item at night and also a 3-sided manual toothbrush in the morning. We also noticed that his teeth were no longer overly sensitive on the left side. The product that I purchased in 2022 was very tricky and frustrating to charge. WhenI bought the same product again recently I was pleased that it seemed the charging base had been improved so it wasn’t tricky to align and get the charge light on. Unfortunately, after using it for 3 weeks it stopped working. It seemed that the base was charging while the blue light faded in and out but even after charging overnight it wouldn’t turn on. I received a refund from Amazon. I am disappointed because it is a great item to have to use for my son who has cerebral palsy but I haven’t been able to find another similar product to purchase. I hope they will continue to make improvements to this product because it can help in the care of people with special needs and their caregivers.

Good for a quick cursory clean
This product is good quick brushing, though maybe not the best for a thorough cleaning.I’d recommend it as a morning tooth polishing tool versus something used for a night routine to get more clean power. That was my initial thought in purchasing it and outside of biases I still think it’s a better intended purpose than completely replacing the manual toothbrush model.The mouth piece is reasonably sized for someone with average sized teeth and doesn’t run along the gum line too aggressively.My teeth however are larger than the average person’s so it doesn’t fit quite as right on the back section of teeth resting over the molars, so if you have larger teeth than some that is something to consider. The packaging guide even recommends cutting to size if needed, however it rests halfway on the second molars for me.Also, if your teeth aren’t completely uniform or straight you might need to wiggle your jaw a little bit while it does it’s work and it should be held loosely with the teeth/jaw and firmly with your lips instead of the opposite, even if it would make more sense at first attempt to bite down on it.The included heads are a nice addition too, and the use of the tool feels natural and intuitive in hand; not quite as awkward as I thought it might be considering the shape of the device. However I feel that the brush is more child sized and unless you were just using it for touch up, it’s not gonna do as great a job for a traditional cleaning.I’d say it’s one of those ‘you get what you pay for’ kind of gadgets and if you want to splurge on an additional grooming tool for part-time use you might as well give it a try. May need a tongue scraper as well though if considering it for alternative use.Do I feel completely fulfilled in my oral care or that I have attained fresher, more polished teeth from use? No. I don’t feel like I could say that honestly. It makes teether cleaner, but not as good as my Quip brush does that job.Will I continue to use it on a daily for in between meals and snacks or for my morning cursory care? Absolutely. It’s convenient, intuitive and simple. The appeal of being able to let it hangout in my mouth while I ready myself for work is it’s major selling point for me.Honest opinions of the product here.

Mouth Clean Feeling!
So far so good! I did also buy the foamy toothpaste from this line. It’s late at night. I was tired. Brushed my teeth right after a quick dinner while getting ready for shower & bed. Used 3 times. 2 with the whole mouth piece and one with the single Brush head. I swiveled it around like the instructions said. I love it. My gums feel massaged, my mouth feels very clean and mint-like. Im happy. I will use it twice each time I use it. So 2 times morning and night. It just about got everything. I wish they made a tongue attachment.* comes charged out the box! I did charge it some before I used it. Seems durable. I like the price. 1 whole mouth brush large and 1 little one, plus a floss looking instrument.
