Trying to troubleshoot.
Update: I held in the power button for about 5-10 seconds and that seemed to solve the issue! Whoop whoop! GREAT diffuser!Hey all. Has anyone had issues with the diffuser beeping twice, but not turning on? I love this diffuser, but it had built up mold so I scrubbed it and I am worried that I must have accidentally gotten some water in the wrong area because now it won’t power on. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Yes, I love it! I had purchased the pervious model and enjoyed it so much I just purchased the updated model with a remote and extra features with timer and options. This is by far my favorite diffuser so far. The lighting is soothing, the design is very earthy and enjoy it running often.

I was skeptical that this diffuser would look as pretty in person, however, it is just as pretty! Unit pumps out a good size amount of water vapor and will last for most of the day without needing a refill. It does require additional essential oils after a few hours but the water tank holds enough that I don’t have to add more water. I love the effect of a fire glowing.

Creates the perfect ambiance for any room
This diffuser is exactly as described on Amazon. It can hold a half cup of water easily. It came with a small remote that allows me to control the power, the light (high/low), the size of the flames (big/small), continuity, and a timer. I like the simplicity of the design. I take off the top, pour water in the container, add some essential oil, and replace the top. I have to use the remote to turn it on. It works perfectly, is quiet, and makes the house smell nicely. I like eucalyptus and lemon grass. They keep us focused and alert.I recieved a lot of compliments on this product and have not had any issues with leaking.

Be careful where you pour water
I have to admit, this diffuser is very impressive. The orange light combined with the vapor does give the illusion of flame. I put it in the bathroom, and even my 15 year-old son said it looked nice. Make sure to use a nice smelling essential oil. I would have given this 5 stars but it does have one negative. You really, really, have to be careful to not get water into the fan. The fan is what blows the vaper out of the diffuser to make the flame effect. One drop of water and it’s bye-bye fan and bye-bye flame effect. It won’t be the end of the world because the diffuser will still disperse scent if you have an essential oil in it. The one I had stopped working after the fan got wet, but I was sent a replacement. Be sure to only pour water on the side it tells you to and be sure to pour it out on the same side. Or better yet, let the diffuser run until the water is gone- it will shut off automictically. The company really needs to think about that design flaw with the fan. Overall, this is a nice product. I’m even giving some out as gifts for Christmas.

Love it. Bought 2 different diffusers from Amazon both are great. The other one has 500 ml holding this one 200. Worried I would have to fill much more but really it works for quite a long time. At night really provides a nice ambiance. Looks like fire. Remote works well. Highly recommend. Hope it lasts longevity is only thing I can’t comment on only used 2 days.
